13 years old, and did it with a 12.5 lb DB, finished 14:57. Was a bit of a challenge.

I’ve never done CrossFit before but consider myself fit and in shape. Came across this workout, went down the ladder and back up in 20 minutes with a 35lb dumbbell. Nice little morning sweat 💪

being very very picky here but having done the judging course, does your chest have to hit the floor on burpees? doesnt look like his actually does fully here. Im open to being called overly pedantic and to shut up though..

While I agree this workout is very ‘COVID-19 Lockdown’, it is accessible for all of us to be able to do :).

Its supposed to be accessible to everyone with fairly minimal kit and skill requirements.
