Hope this game comes around to consoles, not really a for honor killer to me but definitely fits my medieval funny sword game niche that for honor and chivalry fill, so I’d like to add it to the list

This looks like For Honor had a baby with Chivalry and Mordhau while Conquerer’s Blade is the uncle who’s had an influence on it as well.
It's nice seeing someone else play the game who also isn't taking themselves seriously, gonna sub since you seem genuine my man :)
That looks like a really fun game! I was kind of wondering how Warhaven would be. I don't think it'll replace For Honor, but it will probably be a solid replacement for Chivalry. I might just invest in this.

You should play it before you get your hopes up. Imo this game presents really well but plays pretty bad and gets dull way too fast. Tutorial soundtrack is a banger tho.

The first 3 seconds had me doubting...but this actually looks fun
Played this game and it is everything everyone wanted For Honor to be. And I'm so freaking glad that's not the way things turned out.
This game is an absolute disaster with horrible hit registration, no combat flow whatsoever, and completely incoherent design philosophy
I stopped playing it after about an hour, that hit detection was really annoying, currently this is a playtest beta so I hope in a few weeks or months it's get fixed because honselty this game really has potential to be really fun

A medieval Tachanka should just be a wagon with a giant ballista on the back of it. Like I love the R6S Tachanka memes, but before they let him wield the DP-23, his callsign was stupid. The Tachanka originally was the WWI equivalent of a civilian technical.
This reminds me of another medieval like game, Conquerors Blade no?
The most satisfying thing to do in this game is to wreck someone as Smoke (the "defenseless" healer)

i just picked this game up, and OH MY GOD does this game hit all the right spots for me. Punchy hits. Awesome (and wonderfully weird) outfits. C H A O S. AND though its free-to-play, its done in the most tasteful way possible. I love it so much. Also guardian go BONK

Definitely interesting, but I personally don't think it's similar enough to For Honor to kill it and replace it. It's more similar to Chivalry or Mordhau.
Eh, we said that about Elden Ring and yet For Honor is still here. So likely not gonna happen.
Even then the combat is so shallow compared to all three of those games. Will likely burn out players rather fast. It's main advantage is being free to play

all these games feel fun at first but for some reason for honor just sticks around, they should really learn and try to make the game more fun and fluid while keeping its realism aesthetic not everyone wants to be all completive and only win i love fuckin around with the weeb faction

How are the customization options in this game? Cause there's no point in going to war without that drip.
full skins, so no pieces that can be different from eachother, just the full armor can change.
you can equip a mask or hat, as of now you can unlock like a rabbit mask. it goes over your whole head and helmet, doesnt replace it.
So not really to in depth.

as of the public test all the armor afaik can be unlocked through challenges/leveling but its premade sets with variants

Game présents itself well and in theory it's fun. In practice, though, it is clunky and unresponsive, slow, the hit boxes are f*cked. It's free so there's that, but time is my most valuable currency, so I'd rather pay for something that works, like Chivalry, than play a free but broken mess. Granted it's not terrible, but it still has a long way to go imo.

It felt weird that you can't faint and parry the attack and not gaining revenge when getting bullied, there's no way out when 2 or more people are focusing on you.
Might Aswell play “Chivalry 2” then this wanna be game 😭
