that ginger tho. mister going above and beyond. i don't cook with table salt either. i have cinnamon sticks that i save for baking and specialty dishes. otherwise i just use the powder. that's some homegrown corn right there.
i don't even look at the calories of my ginger beer - because i know its too much ( i just looked. 120, but i cut it with fresh lemon juice and ice).
i have a chicken baking in the oven right now stuffed with lemon slices, onions, green bell peppers and mushrooms in an olive oil herb glaze. i usually combine softened butter and olive oil with dried herbs and seasonings to "paint" the chicken...but today, its just olive oil. tfs

I use the cinnamon powder IN MY COFFEE -- or rather in MISTER's coffee, 'cause HE's the coffee-drinker, but I always finish the last half of His 2nd cup that he leaves out and I dash a sprinkle of cinnamon into it. SO good! I drink that instead of hotChocolate in the winter -- OR We'll have what I've coined "choffee", which ain'nothin but coffee with hotChocolate mix in it.
Maaaan, I LOOOVE THAT MARKET. I used to travel to neighboring towns to go there, but they built one (same umbrella) closer, so I only have to travel HALF AS FAR!!! With SAME QUALITY AND VARIETY!!! AND PRICES!
RIGHT??!! We drank sodas, I used to hit Mine with a shot of lemon/lime juice too! AND ALLL BEER (not JUST coronas).
