As a therapeutic massage therapist that owned my own clinic, i saw this play out several dozen times a month. Neck, back, stomach and hips are all married with the neck being the key to unlocking the rest. Everything improves with massage, heat, ROM stretching deep breathing exercises that actually affect the neck. No wonder people feel better after a good 90 minutes. I massage my husbands neck, arms and shoulders at least a couple times a week. He sits in front of me on a couple pillows and after 15-20 minutes he swears he sleeps much better

I’m 18 years old and started having every symptom you guys have covered in all of your videos at 16 years old. Started with tachycardia and anxiety and depression, along with intestinal inflammation and horrible fatigue and digestive problems. Now I am completely debilitated with over 50 severe symptoms and many diagnoses like thyroid disease and now I always contemplate whether I am going to live to see tomorrow because the pain and discomfort is so bad. My appointment with you guys is April 8th. I’m hoping to make it to the appointment and I’m hoping relief is on my way!

These videos are spot on for all my symptoms.
    1. Resting heart rate of over 90bpm.
    2. Inability to burp most days. When I twist my back to the left, I kind of burp. But food sits in chest for hours.
    3. High blood pressure. Between 130/90 to 150/110.
    4. Bouts of dizziness.
    5. Debilitating back pain and neck pain.
    6. Pain that radiate to my chest.
    7. Pain that shoots down my left arm.
    8. Started having panic attacks.
    9. Intermittent loss of strength in my left leg.
    10. Bloating
    11. Difficulty breathing
I have been to the emergency room 3 times in the past 6 months thinking I'm having a heart attack. Had an ECG and bloods done and was reassured my heart is fine. But HR and BP is high all the time.
I exercise. And eat a healthy low carb / low sugar diet. I'm in South Africa. I don't know if this treatment is available here. But I've been watching your videos and all the symptoms are spot on.

I had this problem. Local doctors in my area performed many many tests x-rays etc told me there was nothing wrong with me. They insisted that I get a colonoscopy. When I refuse they told me they did not want to see me if i wasn't going to take their advice. I was in such bad shape I thought my life was over. Luckily by chance I finally made the connection that all of my problems were neurological. Damn I wish I could find a doctor like you in my area.

I've also been struggling with IBS, thyroid, autoimmune, insomnia, neurological symptoms, vitamin deficiency, liver problems and more. It feels as if I'm in constant fight-or-flight mode even when doing all I can to relax. I've had neck problems since I was a teenager due to a bad fall and bad posture (I'm in my 30s now). Been seeing a chiropractor to no avail. This all makes a lot of sense! Now to find a specialist who can help in Arizona... Thanks for the video.

It really does make sense that it could be a result of my ongoing back pains and damage to vagus nerve.

Hi White Witch, Thank you for your very kind feedback. Happy the videos have been helpful in any way. Good question. We treat patients of all ages: kids through seniors. In general, children often respond quicker to fewer treatments, which would be expected, compared to someone who has advanced structural degeneration issues for 40+ years with a lot of neurological symptoms and needs a more comprehensive treatment approach. Everything is based on the individual case and diagnostic findings as far as what treatment approach is recommended. Wish you all the best in healing!

I am allergic to everything and had symptoms of ibs, chronic constipation, chronic dehydration, gastroparesis, diverticulosis, acidreflux/gerd, asthma, gastritis and ulcerative colitis. Carnivore diet has changed my life. Dehydration is the only thing im dealing with right now but all of the other symptoms are gone. I am only dehydrated because i am also allergic to salts. The dr. was on holiday. That led me to try a cervical traction neck device. My gosh, it's incredible. Thank you for this informative video. 👏 🙏

I think my vagus nerve was nicked when I had my gallbladder removed the laparoscopic way. That doesn't have to do with my neck at all though....
I have suspected SOD &/or severe silent reflux. I have a diagnosed hiatal hernia. Never had any of these issues before the gallbladder removal. The hernia though was found via endoscopy before the gallbladder surgery.
I also have C-PTSD and Asperger's syndrome. Almost wrote asparagus syndrome LOL anyway it's crazy how this vagus nerve is involved in all of the things I mentioned. But I don't have neck issues.

Your vagus nerve is in the opening that your stomach is invading in the diaphragm causing pressure on the vagus nerve. In my case I was having all the symptoms from the hiatal hernia and gastric reflux. With Manuel manipulation pulling the stomach out of the diaphragm and taking betaine hcl. I’m much better. Hopefully my diaphragm will heal. 😊

I struggle with gallbladder pain and have had several tests saying nothing wrong with it. I also have trouble with digestion and severe constipation. Sometimes I eat and it just doesn't digest. I do have hashimoto's and celiacs. I follow a strick diet but it still doesn't help. I have had neck issues and back problems. My diet did help the inflammation. I still have horrible motility. I get so bad I do enemas to have a BM. I take magnesium powder and laxative which doesn't help. I have had a upper and lower colonoscopy and did all their bowel prep and still didn't get clear. They didn't see anything but a hiatal hernia. I am 57 years old and the problem is getting worse. I have heard about the vagus nerve. I tried Wim Hof breathing and cold plunging. I do meditation, yoga and QiGong. I struggle with ear ringing, right sided pain under my ribs and my abdomen. Everything gets stuck in my small intestine and doesn't move to the large or want to move from the lleocecal valve. My abdomen get hard like a rock. I have ptsd, anxiety and depression. I am trying brain retraining. I am desperate. I don't have great insurance.

Great video. My wife has had serious ideopathic gastroparesis for 3 years now. She is suviving on meal replacement drinks, and I literally massage it through her stomach about 3-4 hours after each "meal" (she lays almost flat, does vagal breathing, I rub pylorus to get it to squirt through). We've been to Cleveland Clinic and had every test possible (smart pill, EGG). We are in the midwest. How easily are you able to determine if you can help her? She does not have many of the cervical instability symptoms you identify. But her GP is horrible and has ruined her life. Should we call your office? Do we do a verbal consult first? Thanks!

My wife has Moderate idopathic gastroparesis. She has a ton of vagus nerve issues that we now believe are Vagus nerve damage. However, she has been under the care of a world-renowned motility specialist who specializes in Gastroparesis. He is very attentive and will seek out several treatment modalities. His name is Dr. Henry Parkman. He practices at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. If your wife does not receive any treatments that benefit her, If possible, and that your able to travel to the Northeast (Philadelphia), I would definitely recommend a consult with him.

@@toddwhite3463 Hi, Tom. Thank you so much for the information and Dr. Parkman's name. I'm sorry to hear your wife is also struggling. It is brutal to watch your spouse struggle with this isolating, rare condition. The vagus nerve stimulation techniques we use to help my wife are literally helping her survive right now. Over the past 3 years we've learned several techniques, mostly through experimentation, that help keep nutrition going through her. She is on liquid meal replacements and a carefully choreographed smoothie and vitamin regimen. It would be nice to compare notes sometime - maybe all four of us would derive some benefit (medications, nutrition, vague stimulation techniques, etc.). I'm putting Dr. Parkman in our quiver as another arrow we can use to fight this thing. Does your wife eat solid foods? Is it primarily her stomach that won't release? Or is it more intestinal? Only share if you feel comfortable doing so. Again, thank you so much for your reply.

It seems that all of my issues have stemmed from a very tense jaw(on right side). I wasn’t properly sensing my canines or molars on my left side for years and years, and this caused lots of imbalances and compensations throughout my body. One symptom being a crooked neck, of course. And a malfunctioning vagus nerve it would seem. (Leading to digestive problems and lots of other fun stuff). PRI seems to be helping a lot. right now. The pain I get I can't describe . Had my gallbladder removed 3 years ago. Ever since then, when I take my pain relief for my other health problems. I have severe attack of pain in middle of chest where my scar is from the surgery. My pain relief is Co codamol. And oramorph when my pain is severe. But when I take that pain relief makes me have these severe attacks that last about 20 to 30 minutes . Pain in chest. Shoulder. Sore throat mouth goes dry. and then sounds like ive got a cold. And feels like can't breath. All in 20 to 30 minutes. So I googled to see if anyone else had problems. And came across your videos. Also my liver levels are coming back really high. But I havnt actually sat with the doctor and talked about any of this I've just been dealing with it alone . Do you think my attacks could be caused thru this? Need help 😪
