I started off strong but I just couldn’t get the product on my hair evenly, not because of the product but because I suck at stuff like this. Currently it is activating so I hope for the best but I’m definitely worried

it said full head must use multiple kits, i just saw it on the video but everything was happening at the same time so i was easy to miss

it would depend on how thick or thin and long or short your hair is, so I assume for her hair she must’ve used about 2-3 kits
Wait a sec...so you are telling me that...that 1 small bowl was enough for that long hair...and than when you mixed the two colours, it made it as yellow hair with pink highlights strands???SERIOUSLY?!?!?
It’s too bad pink puff doesn’t actually have this much pigment when you order it. contents of my tube were pure white. not pink. And I saw several other people had the same complaint.
Literally the only reason why I’m watching this video, wanted to make sure that I was tripping mine literally came out white ?!! It’s sitting in my hair I don’t see it turning pink at all.. really disappointed especially since I spent $20
I've used it in the past and it's been this pink. I hope you reached out to customer service. They would definitely replace it. I once ordered a kit and it didn't come w the brush and they sent me a whole kit no questions asked.

Is the lightening kit the same as bleach, or is it less harsh?
It’s bleach, comes with a 25 vol developer I believe
You cant lighting ur hair without bleach.
Is lightening kit safe for hair ??
While there is no 100% safe method for lightening the hair as you're altering the bonds of the hair itself. There are precautions you can take to ensure you do the least amount of damage.
1) test strand. Especially if you have perm, semi permanent, fashion colors or box dyes on your hair. It will allow you to see how your hair is able to handle the lightening process and give you and estimate of how long your hair will take to get got the desired level of color.
2) BE PATIENT!! You will most likely not be achieve those royal platinum elven locks in one go. It may take a few sessions of *mindful* processing to achieve whatever your end goal is. Just because you *can* leave it on for up to 50 mins doesn't mean you should.
3) Toner! (If you're not opting for fashion colors) You are not going to get that level of blonde you want by lightening alone. Toning out that brassy color to bring a cooler tone or adding warmer tones will give it a very polished and even look.

Think about it this was...the chemicals go inside your hair and disolve the colour pigment...you can imagine it as m&m, where your colour is the chocolate filling...so this chocolate filling disappears and just the shell stays...that is the reason why highlighted hair are soaked with weather for long time and take long time to dry them because the weather gets inside those empty shells...and also that is the place where the semipermanent colour goes...inside those empty shells...;-) and the hair are really like a gum...but don't worry hairs are already death so no harming...hairs are just death cells ;-)
It bleach there no safe way to get blonde hair. Unless u have blonde hair
