Every other fallout I've had Gopher's playthroughs to watch while playing. This is the first time I'm ahead. I keep thinking what would Gopher think about this. It's a testament to Gopher's charm how alone I feel 45 hours in thinking... When will he get here?
a shoutout to the modders - i know London quite well and i am amazed at how accurate the road network is in this area (Bishopsgate/Aldgate), i can almost navigate just following the in game roads. and yes Gopher, you should be worried about the Beefeater Burger - it's in Whitechapel afterall.
What a fantastic mod and massive - after the decision not to take the second floor - I thought your self reflection might include how curiosity can kill the cat. Enjoying your play through.
Gopher I'm really enjoying your playing of Fallout London. 🎉 Just watch all your Zero Dawn this week too, it was excellent and exciting, with a good script. ( My daughter hired one of the 'Mother's ' the nice one in the game.)😊
Thank you for the great content Gopher. Also happened to see a video from another creator making a Fallout London Knight build and one of the characters in the late game sounded curiously familiar - great job there as well!
@@MolnarG007 well, if they had 1 molotov and threw it at you, they should not have one anymore. It kind of makes more sense logically then them having one. sometimes you have to sacrifice logic for gameplay. But molotovs and flame throwers in Folon are SERIOUSLY annoying. Way too much of both.
Greetings Gopher. I'm immensely enjoying the series. Thanks a lot for making once again, a fantastic and immersive playthrough. I also have two bits of feedback. First, I feel like the soundbite of the "Fallout London" intro which plays a few seconds into the video and at the end is a little too bombastic. It's OK if that's by design but compared to your other series and how a Fallout playthrough is more tranquil by nature, they sound like jump-scares to me. Secondly, and I know this probably sounds juvenile to you and will be filed under the the "I want MOAR" category, but with the relatively measured pace of the series, I feel like there is room for each episode to be twice as long, or two episodes per release, or perhaps daily releases. Again, I understand the nature of this feedback, which is basically "record and edit more" 😄 but at the end of each episode I feel like I'm leaving having watched half an episode. It could be just me, admittedly, but I think the number of views of the series comparatively, shows there is an eager audience for it. Apologies if this piece of feedback was out of place. Edit: The first feedback, regarding "Rule Britannia" wasn't about the choice of soundbite, but rather its volume.
I'll try to lower the volume in episodes I render from this point onwards ....but I'm quite far ahead in episodes and I'd really not want to re-render all of them if I can help it. It uses a lot of power :(
Gopher if you are useing heavy attacks with your sword and knife ext. You have a perk that makes heavy attacks 50% slower. Just wondering if you have been overlooking this
I'n not using strong attacks in this play through BUT that trait is currently doing nothing. I reported the bug a long time ago, so hopefully it will get fixed in a future patch. Although I may not be able to get any use out of it.
I've tried this out. You cannot have any liquid (beer, milk etc) in your workbench at the settlement you hope to get extra water from. If you do it only produces enough for your farm & ppl there but nothing extra. It also wont produce a huge amount extra, nor will it stack much. But if you do have all the settlements& only one home one where you leave all your extra alc, aid etc, you can then go around and pick up enough water from the rest of if them to sell or use.
Apparently this is how FO4 settlements originally worked. I had totally forgotten it, til I wondered if it is really because I left addt stuff in my workbenches in various settlements in FOLondon. Sure enough, one drink is enough for it not to give you any extra. So my home base became the airport & I dump everything into the workbench there. I go to the other ones when I need extra water.
LOL. Gopher investigates old Cafe.... doesn't recognise it as a place he woke up in days ago, where something dangerous was roaring....
It's interesting to hear the "traditional" Fallout 4 Raider banter, but with the British accent. Good times.
Thank you Gopher. 🤙
31:40 Pretty sure this is where one of your sleepwalking trips took you and those Famished must be what you heard when you woke up.
Yeah, I think so.
Those "famished" look like mini under fed deathclaws. 😅
Wonder what the English lore behind them
I'm thinking that jaw weapon and those famished creatures have something in common.

can you give the top hat to churchill? that would be absolutely hilarious 😂

I keep a photo of my mother flexing inside the charm of my necklace.
Because she is a strong, in the pendant woman.
😂😂😂😂
Your commitment is impressive Robert 😊
My head hurts...

Gopher the Barbarian ! 😂

Churchill gets lost a lot. Next fast travel and he is back 😁
The game is full of Molotov Jesuses...
The burning of the 5000 with a single Molotov cocktail in the pocket..
Still better than other games where they don't have anything they used against you and wore 5 seconds ago.

@@5Andysalive it's like this since F4. settlers, guards of yours also do the same.
I just wish his video didnt stop when it was getting interesting It was great to see how much better the sword became with 10 strength.
Did Doug bellow "FILET" at the end???
It was "F-LEX! HUUH!" Hence the title as he suddenly wondered if they were actually all dead and whether he should be flexing yet 😂😂
Love seeing the occasional Peel P50!

The soundbite is "Rule Britannia", so eminently pertinent... You can bet that was by design...
@@ohauss Gopher also tends to use the music from the game's title screen for the title, so it probably wasn't even a choice made by him.

Gopher, you should play disco elysium
Gopher if you are useing heavy attacks with your sword and knife ext. You have a perk that makes heavy attacks 50% slower. Just wondering if you have been overlooking this
I also wonder if there is an intentional delay when switching to a heavier melee weapon Ike a sword, similar to drawing a gun.
@@MolnarG007 yes there is. The knife is a near instant draw where the sword pulls out like a Lazer rifle

London Bridge settlement seems to be bugged for me. It doesn't produce water or food to be taken from the workbench. Has anyone tried?
