    This is perfect for my limited small kitchen. I have made your wonton recipe many, many times now. Freezing them lets me make 30-40 so I always have some. I eat a lot of soup and the wontons are the perfect gift for a bowl of soup. You have been a great teacher for me and I thank you very much for all of your lessons!!

    Thank you for showing us how to make spring rolls. We are trying to learn how to cook more Chinese Food, because the restaurants are too expensive now. So, I plan to learn from a Great Chef like you. Your videos are very nice and instructional. When I watch you., feels like I have enrolled at a world-class Chinese Restaurant Chef school. Thank you for your generosity.

    I love this recipe and will try it but going to try it in the air fryer. If I don't think it is good enough in that I will try shallow fry in a pan, But either way it looks delicious. I also made your pepper steak and it is sooooooo good I will have that again and again! Thank you so much!!!!
