If I was to change the Zelo fork to carbon fork, do I need to change the headset and stem?

I have the same problem on my zelo. If I tighten the nut too tight, i cannot turn the handle. Too loose and it will still be shaky or become shaky after awhile again.

i have the same bike same problem, this fix won't last for long. pretty soon will get loose again. Ordered Litepro headset, but no time to replace yet. Hopefully able to solve this problem permanently with the new headset.
