Good question my friend, The heavy smoke is caused by burning off residue oil after rebuild, and the scooter has not yet been run in. also the carb is running a little bit rich so we will reset that after a couple hours run of time, then the smoke will clear hope this helps Thanks for watching

Wonderful and great work, hats off to you. But the Backlight that you have fixed to the scooter is of not this model and also it doesn't suits to this scooter, this model has a round type backlight, please replace it with the latest one. Thanks

thanks for your comment and for watching the light you may be referring to is the Bajaj sl model the round back light was fitted to the Bajaj sl classic150 this model is 150 super hope this helps.
