About 1 year ago, I learned to solve the rubik's cube. but I took 2 minutes to solve. but jperm, my favourite youtube channel helped me a lot and now I can solve it in 20 seconds. thank you so much for you support and keep uploading fantastic videos 😊😉
For the RS, it is the same design as the original R. The plastic caps can be popped off and then allows you to glue magnets into the slots underneath. I used to have a magnetic R and used that about as much as my gan X.
@@Ash-oj3xv yes, but it can be tricky. Cube solve hero did one where he magnetized it incorrectly and ended up ruining it. Get smallish magnets for that one and be careful not to bend or break the pins that hold the caps.
I got the GAN 356i, which has a matte finish, and actually liked it! This was my first matte 3x3 (I have the 249 v2 M) and I found that is it less slippery than normal shiny ones.
I really like the feel of the GuHong v3-it probably helps that I'm starting to suck less at setting cubes up, but I liked it out of the box, too. it may not be super pro, but I'm still horribly slow, anyway. I recommended it to my sister for my niece, who's just about to turn 6, because it has a solid feel, and seems like a good first cube, esp. for small hands.
The gan 356 rs is my main and it suits me perfectly, I have a fast turning speed but the way I turn and hold the cube means that it doesn’t need magnets

I noticed a lot of people are having difficulty opening those clear containers. I found that if you squeeze the case, rather than pull, it pops right open.
With the Gan 356 RS you just need a flat head screwdriver and you insert in the coloured tabs on the black honeycomb inside, then the caps pop of and you can magnetise it. I have the RS as my first speed cube and I have never had any others except the classic Rubik’s cube so to me it feels really nice. I can imagine one with magnates being a lot better but I find it a good cube that has improved my times.
This guy saved me! I was thinking about buying the GAN 356 RS. But it didn’t look 17$, so I would’ve probably bought it and would’ve been disappointed.
FYI, the Gan 356 RS is good for beginners and medium level cubers. And the 356 RS has the honeycomb v2, meaning, it can trap more lube compared to the honeycomb v1.

GAN 356 RS is the only speedcube I have (I'm still a bit new) and I haven't had so much experience with magnetic ones, but I think they r pretty good for beginners. At least better than Rubiks brand

Well you could just buy the 356 rs cube and customise it yourself. You could get 2$ super glue, 8$ magnets and the 15$ rs3m magnet core set to add a magnetic core. The 356 rs is now my main with those customisations and it feels incredibly smooth. I recommend buying this cube for its feel and so you could flex on cubers lol
I bought the RS because I didn’t read the description right… it went back into the box within 5 minutes of opening and I just sent it back today 😅 Got me a GAN 365M instead because budget-ish

It almost looks like your RS might have a defect, or it's just set up way too lose
u can get into the edges, push on the coloured tabs with ur finger nails or a flat head screwdriver.
