I have to go with Andy Beshear, Governor of Kentucky. He won against all odds in a very red state and won reelection, now serving his second term. He's incredibly smart and caring. He's bringing all kinds of positive changes and jobs to Kentucky, and he's moderate which will appeal to a wide range of people. He's very presidential in his bearing but very approachable. I have no doubt he'll be our president one day. Unlike the last admin, he went to work on day one.... I'll never forget it. Super impressive.

I would prefer to look at affordable housing, quality of neighborhood schools, gainfully employed percentage of workforce, and not one with water restrictions, trash in the downtown streets, a failing power grid, all the while some government telling me my garden and lawn tools have to be electric.
I've never seen a more capable & prepared future candidate for U.S. prez. Running California today is almost just as complex. Fantastically sharp & savvy leader.

@@toommy43it’s mainly the weather here. California is habitable year round whereas most other states are too hot or too cold. Left my house in Texas to car camp in California myself. Texas may be a little cheaper but the regressives like Abbott, low wages and the brutally humid heat don’t make it worth it. How sad that it’s literally better to live out of a vehicle in California than it is to live in a house in most of this country.

My concern here was more because everyone knows the state does have incredible wealth with tech alone, but at the same time the most homelessness in the country. It also appears that number is growing along side with the cost of living in many cities. If it keeps going like that then it won’t matter how nice the buildings and homes are if people are going to the bathroom right out front
