You can jab it like luci teleport.

U flip is tricky because narm can use it at different times during her jump arc to manipulate exactly where she teleports to you. I don't recommend trying to 2H it unless your opponent does it the exact same way every time, you're likely to be counterhit. I prefer to just block it out, it can be scary to hold the pressure but getting counterhit from reacting too late is worse. Alternatively, you can jump backwards while you see her in the air, and if she U flips, she will whiff.
