What a difference it makes when you kids that are reasonably well-behaved.
There's obviously been a family out with their grandmother looking after her grandchildren.
But there hasn't really been any swearing, no real bullying and although there's been a little bit of noise it's not really been too loud and generally it's been quite a pleasant atmosphere.

Without a doubt I definitely think there's a case for Wigan to be awarded City status at some point in the near future.
The town has a population of over 330,000 residents that's significantly more than some places that already have City status in the UK.
