Rolling Quartz has pioneered K-Rock on an international level ... and convinced people in the land of pop that there are actually other genres ;) . They toured the US and I also saw them in Canada last year ... they just successfully completed an EU tour in January '24. They are a great live act as evidenced by several free concerts hosted here on UA-cam. Each of these girls are great musicians but their personalities combined together is what makes them so fun to watch and shines through on every performance.
I am noticing this group. I know they do a lot of covers but have some original songs. Are they writing their own music? (Appears they have a good promotion engine as well).
@@freewheeler2go Their first single BLAZE was an original. When they do covers they basically rewrite them, they never come out and just sing a song. This is an original as well. Early on, had they not done a few covers, they would not have had enough material for an entire concert. From their covers I'd suggest Goodnight or Zitti E Buoni (hot version).
Thanks for this excellent review. I saw them play live in London about 1 month ago and they were really excellent live, loads of energy and the audience loved everything they did! This concert was sold out, like most of their concerts in the EU. The lead singer can also play keyboards, so they are all very talented, especially the purple-haired princess on the drums. @@nietzscheente1271 they will only achieve that if this vocalist will stop holding back and just unleash the power behind that awesome voice of her's, she reminds me a lot of Keiko from Show-Ya and you can hear and feel that there's a lot more power to her voice than what she's putting out, and I will thoroughly enjoy the day that she understands the gift that she has and unleashes it upon the world 🤘

I love Rolling Quartz so much. Saw them live last year and they killed it! These girls are now one of my favorite bands from the East. Band Maid, Rolling Quartz, DIH, Bridear. The ladies are killing it right now

I watched a concert video of Rolling Quartz and was quite entertained. The only thing negative that I have to say is that they need to come up with more original songs rather than play so many cover tunes. I think that is the only way they will continue to grow as a band.
BTW... They definitely win the hair flip competition! Arem alone could probably take the trophy. (LOL)
