I'm so freaking glad he, unlike many others, has never sold his soul and made all the right decisions about the important things in life. That's why he is who he is today. His family must be so proud of him. Great guy we can learn a lot from. ❤️😘❤️🙏
Always a pleasant and very grounded person. Saw him before in Southern California awhile back. He’s got a great stage presence. Love to see people like him continue to perform and do well.
I think Rick really took the songs, lyrics and melodies to new heights. It was a revelation to hear them lifted by a singer with a stronger voice and real power in his delivery. I heard people put off the Smiths because of Morrissey's rather flat and somewhat 'dour' delivery. Rick could tour that set around the world, visiting places the Smiths never toured. It would be a shame if it was only a one off gig, when the performance and the band were so good and the audience loved it. To be honest, I think it was 'better' than the Smiths, because of Ricks outstanding vocals.
I don't think people were put off the Smiths. They were put off Morrissey once he revealed his vile views. I, for one was so disappointed with him and overjoyed to see Rick team up with the Blossoms. It was joyous.

@@hockey321smash That’s a good point … I guess I’m not a fan. But I’ve always enjoyed the biggest hit, and I’ve always admired the way he’s carried himself in public. And I like some of the recent covers I’ve seen him perform with other bands. Seems like a capital fellow.
This Charming Man is A Light That Will Never Go Out.
Just watched the Rick Astley set with Blossoms. It was absolutely BRILLiant. ⭐️⭐️🥳⭐️⭐️
We loved Rick! He won Glastonbury! Needs to do a tour with Blossoms !

That set with the blossoms was amazing, I know if he sold tickets I’d be the first to get some. What a legend 👏🏻👏🏻

Glastonbury, you've been Rick Rolled!!!
Never gonna give you up is a song we will never give up ..and i am a rock and blues man ..
Respect to him
I think Blossoms and Rick Astley NEED TO COME TO AUSTRALIA!
Hes a Legend and Fame hasnt spoiled him thankfully
It probably helps that in spite of a few massive hits in his early 20s, he didn't get this level of legend status until middle age.
He was basically a one hit wonder.
@@pippipster6767One hit more than you've had sweetie! 😂

Even though he's not my kind of music, I really admire how his hair is exactly as it was in the 90's.

Você é maravilhoso! 😍💙❤️💚😘
That Smiths set is legendary. I'd certainly go watch them live if they toured it
I guess Morrissey would like to kill him for that 😆
@@lalosalamanca2770 killing when someone is having fun? There's a Morrissey song in that. Perfect balance
Nicely said about Lewis Capaldi 👍
BLIMEY . What a nice guy .
He's wrong about one thing though there were a load of us who cared when he 'slipped out' and we're so glad he's back!
❤❤❤FAVOLOSO 👍💯💪💪💋💋💋💋💞💞💞💞😘😘😊🎸🎸TI AMO ❤️❤️
Hope he does a tour with the smith covers... come to Sweden 🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪
Why he came back, "Rick Rolling" was the start.
A string of his greatest hits?
I consider myself a fan, but what is there besides the one?
