Martin O’Donnell has confirmed to NOT be returning in Halo Infinite. Based on the trailers, 343 seems to be leaning more into classic tracks, but Marty himself is not returning.

I must say I am surprised you don't have more followers or views. These medleys of yours are much better than any others I have listened to so far, and this one particularly enjoyable. I personally loved 1:33, with the new, powerful sound of the horns over the standard beat, -something I just can't get enough of. Keep it up!
