CHI, you are hilarious to watch. Even my husband came to peek as I was giggling watching your dramatic clip! 100% agreed. I have longer torso and shorter legs, and I don't like to wear high heels. But I always wear flare leg jeans with block heels. They make me look taller and my legs longer. I learned to tuck my tops in since I randomly stumbled on your video showing how to tuck. I have been doing that since and it always works... It even revived some of my tops that are a little loose fitting and on the long side. I didn't like to wear them before as when I don't tuck them in, they make me look short and shapeless. Now I like to wear them again as they look great tucked in, being on the loose side, they have this relaxed and cool vibe when tucked in. Love your channel!
Love your videos, Chi! I always take my flare jeans to the tailor. It only costs $16 to make the jeans fit me perfect in length! I take my ankle boots or wedge heels to get that leg-lengthening look. Great tips! You are so cute in your dramatic and girl next door clips!
I love your videos! You cheer me up with your humor. I love the side by side comparisons so I can immediately see what you mean and that you are absolutely right. I appreciate your explanations for why a look is better with a basic tweak here or there. I am 5'2" also, home with Covid, bingeing on your channel, for all the videos I have missed. It has my attention and focus on what I am learning, not on how sick I feel.❤ Thank you for great content!
Thank you, Chi. When I lose the baby weight I will buy so many flare jeans because you're right, they do look good on me, I am 5 feet tall. I really wished they made more maternity flare jeans, everything is skinny!!
Yup. My tucking days are long gone. I find that it helps to wear top and bottom colors that are close or matching. That way, there is no sharp cutoff between the top and bottom, just a smooth column of color.
I love the look of a nice crisp tucked top under a nice pair of light wash vintage flare jeans with black platform boots, literally so chic and flattering. However I get issues with bloating from time to time, and tucking my top just makes me feel miserable. I can't stand the look of loose top and flares, so I go for either baggy or wide leg jeans to conceal and continue my day, maybe not the most flattering but at least I don't look feel like I'm going to explode from my stomach lol. Also 100% cotton vintage bell bottom flares do fall much more nicely and keep their shape better over time versus modern polyester spandex blends. 😀
I think tucking your shirt is a really good idea so that either the man or the woman can see your view on just how you really do look like. I never leave my shirt i wear all hanging out
Right? My inseam is between 26-29 in depending on how the pants fit and most bellbottoms I find have srsly crazy long inseams. Like they don't just cover my shoes, they would probably go 10 inches past my TOES. Finding ones that aren't light wash denim or made of a thin legging material with crazy patterned stripes is hard. I'd prefer black but I feel like putting another filter on my already specific search will make it impossible. I hope you get suggestions that work & good luck! 🖤

Hi! Thanks for other video! I have changed my wardrobe for your advice 🙏 and I feel better... and... you videos help me to practice my english 🤭 Pd: i love your sense of humour
Thanks for this video. I find it more and more difficult to find boot cut or flare leg jeans in the store. Recently I went into my friendly or not so friendly gap store, asked for boot cut or flared leg and the associate told me I can only get them on line. In years past gap had all different leg shapes in stock, not ANY MORE.
Thanks for sharing, Jolanta! You can check out my website. We have jeans that are perfect for your petite frame! Here's the link: www.petitedressing.com/collections/new-arrivals
Love love love this video. The only thing I slightly disagree with is the sneakers. Certain styles of sneakers go great with a trumpet bell. I love vintage 70s style sneakers with them in the Sunmer but also platform booties, and strappy wedges. It's so refreshing to see a petite minded stylist. 😍
Love your channel!!!! You are very enjoyable to watch! I am short too (5 ft) but I don't have short legs. I think it's my torso that is short. I tried flare jeans recently and it looked horrible on me although it did make my legs look very long! What do you suggest? I do like straight jeans midrise and girlfriend jeans.
Dear Chi, jijiji you made my day☺️jijiji Dramaaaaa jijiji Congrats, great video, wonderful info. Flare or bootcut are my favorite type of jeans because really help my figure. Thanks⚘️
Sorry, I will never wear heels because as a teacher, I stand up almost 8 hours a day. I am also plus size. My trick is to wear a pointed toe flats with my flare jeans.
5'2" here and I had an accident with my ankle that lead to CRPS so I can't wear heels anymore (that was over 90% of my shoes) so I'm lost with this trend 😭 I don't know if I should hem a pair and wear pointed flats or skip these jeans. The petite struggles 😩
I think that sounds like a really good idea - and with flare jeans I recommend that you get them hemmed so that the bottom is very close to the ground, but not touching it (obviously), as that will have the best elongating effect. And remember to wear the shoes you want to wear with them while they are pinning the hem. I absolutely love flare jeans but they are not the most convenient for all situations or if heels are not an option. They are exclusively a summer/fall jean for me because they don't mesh well with snowy, icy winters that periodically melt before its over.
Oh no Im five foot one tall and only wear bootcut or flares. Never wore or owned any skinny jeans at all as they look awful - bootcut and flare make me look much taller.

These small details about flare jeans make big difference 🙂

Your channel is my favorite for my petite fashion!! 🥰🤩🤩
None of this is dated and can work with any age group. So thank you! I struggle dressing myself.
Thank you, Chi. When I lose the baby weight I will buy so many flare jeans because you're right, they do look good on me, I am 5 feet tall. I really wished they made more maternity flare jeans, everything is skinny!!
love your tips! my only problem is my c-section pooch so i am very conscious tucking in.

I love your videos, I am so glad I found your channel 💚
Thank you Chi! it would be great if you can share any information on where to buy petite black flare jeans - they are so hard to find!
If they fit your shape, Lee's jeans. I just bought 4 pairs of petite-length black flare jeans online from Walmart.

I hate the thought of flare jeans but I would (if i find something that's perfect) buy a black flare trousers...
LOVE your videos ! 👏
You should start your own clothing store for petite women, big and small. C’mon, with your MBA, you can do it. I’ll buy from your store.
she has a store already

What about people that suffer from heel pain. What can them wear? Pls. Give some choices.

Yes it's okay!
I can't wear big high heels anymore because of my medical conditions and I'm a fall risk. I've had 34 falls. I'm 5'1 any other suggestions?
Great information
Glad you think so!
HAHAHAHHAAHAHA LOVED THE dramatic scenes
Nah flare jeans give me early 2000's fashion, I'm not going back to that
Dear Chi, jijiji you made my day☺️jijiji Dramaaaaa jijiji
Congrats, great video, wonderful info. Flare or bootcut are my favorite type of jeans because really help my figure.
Thanks⚘️
Glad it was helpful, Tatiana!

Just want to say, you have great information and are absolutely hilarious to "boot" (#pantspun) ;)
Glad you like them!
Youre funny! Thanks!
I can't wear heels, can I still wear wide leg jeans
I know your pain omg I hate having short legs!
You need heels!
Buut...
Don't tell me you're not a heels girl!
HUh, ah. Oh.
Lời hát của Đức Phúc nghe rất là nhẹ nhàng luôn.
Could you do a video about swim suits?
🙏🏾🙏🏾😍😍💖💖💖💖👍
Fitted with my lg breasts & belly fat is a no go 😞
Can you please do a video for short women large breast and tummy coverage in swimsuits. Thank you
It's simple. You should never wear flare jeans if you're a petite girl. Only wear skinny jeans that are the most flattering
Oh no Im five foot one tall and only wear bootcut or flares. Never wore or owned any skinny jeans at all as they look awful - bootcut and flare make me look much taller.
I’m also short and I disagree with you. Flare jeans always drag on the floor and they overwhelm my frame.
Thank you for the tips and explanations 🥰
You're very welcome! 💖
