🙏 Thank You for this video. I gained a lot of insight from it. I was really struck by the saying you have for this meditation, and I feel like the world could benefit from its words. We mimic Hate quickly and forget to learn the lessons of those who suffered first. Learning and mimicry aren't the same, and if people understood that, we could teach the world “who” hopefully would be ready to Learn. Thank You again; I appreciate you greatly.🙏
this is my favorite video on Zhan Zhuang, both for the incredible teaching and for the appearance of the Alaskan Malamute :) I have used this teaching for a year and I always come back to ensure I am doing the stance correctly.
Till you begin to feel 'the field' and become one with the 'the field'. No mind, just THIS. The guidance will arise by itself, and it will deepen. Beyond what the mind can comprehend or envision. Trust your intuition and just practice diligently. Everything will flow at the right time. 🤗🙏❤️ Hope it helps. Have a blessed day, much love. 🌟♥️
why dangle the hands alittle. You cannot open the middle spinal pump, which controls the arms, chest, shoulder blades. The line from the back through the arms, hands, middle finger. Explain please as i was taught hands to to be up opposite shoulders nest and the middle fingers connected by an invisble thread. I have been taught by many but not this posture
Thus posture and method is more common in Tai Ji Quan. The way you were taught sounds like the way it us done in Yi Quan. There are many different postures and methods, and the way they are practiced is determined by the main goal. The Zhan Zhuang in Yi Quan is practiced to develop Hun Yuan Li for use in combat. In fact, Yi Quan as a martial art uses a Zhan Zhuang as its foundation, so the requirements are more complicated and strict. What he us showing here is more for health and meditation. I’m not sure if you still need this info, as your comment is a year old, but since no one was willing to spare a minute to answer your question and help a fellow practitioner, I figured I would give you my thoughts on the matter

This is why it is called martial "ART". There is a multitude of coordination required in the posture to get the Qi to flow properly. Very good lesson.
