Alternative method without removing the bezel is get some Zippo lighter fluid and put enough in a dish to cover the bezel with the watch face down and let it sit for about 2 minutes and then the insert falls off with the slightest pry on the insert. Sometimes they just fall out, then remove the adhesive and wash the watch with dish soap and then put the new insert on.
I modded my bezel insert to a slope one however the crystal is a flat top one . Will u suggest i change the crystal or change my bezel insert ti a flat one ?
@@ravan85 It really depends on your preference. But a lot of modders go for the sloped look. The best practice is to get the bezel insert and the crystal in tandem from the same shop, since the definition of "slope" varies from suppliers to suppliers. The sloped insert from shop A may not fit a crystal for sloped insert from shop B.

I’ve used this method and it works to remove the insert, I used surgical spirit though.

Yes, they all fit our bezels. You can switch them however you want

How to do you the insert size to buy?? My watch is 42mm / will the insert be??
insert is specific to the bezel. Best bet is to find the insert that is compatible to your bezel
