This was so helpful. I’m in 10 and I colour at a adult level according to my mother and the mandala books that I use. But this colouring technique was a Lifesaver!!

I've only recently got on the mandala wagon, I didn't think I would like them because I don't like repeat pattern wallpapers and so never even tried them, doh! Seen the light now though, LOL - I need to get more Kamiliya Angelkova's books, I only have the Midnight one so far (black backgrounds). I never seem to mix glitter with markers on mandalas, I always seem to do all one or all the other, I must try that. I also need to remember to check Pinterest for palettes, I tend to just grab a couple of colours and go with it - I'm so organised, not 😝

Hi, thank you for the tips on colour choices! I’ve seen people using colour palettes in colouring books before, but I always end up using more colours. I never thought of using the palettes for mandalas. I really liked watching and listening while I was colouring my own summertime mandala in shades of green!
I’m totally going to try your mandala method! Also, how big of a dork am I that it didn’t occur to me to leave white space on mandalas. 😂

Hey Dani! Wow you look so tan! Yay for monetization I’m glad it came through quickly for you!! This is such a great way to pick colors I am definitely going to have to try it! I tend to just pick as I go usually haha omg Happy Early Birthday to Sam!! Mine is the 15th so one day after but that is sooo cool!! I’m the same way with my supplies I use the same colors cause I like them and then get sad when they start to die but I’m also trying to use my neglected colors more! Would love to see your art journal at the end of the month! I think your chats are great Dani! I know I get long winded so I never expect anyone to watch to the end of mine haha! Maybe being backed-up means that during covid getting carpet from import companies are difficult an then you still have customers making plans to having carpet's needing to be done so the list gets long till the carpets get in. So that's why there's a wait. Just thinking out loud. But I'm just thinking because I'm dealing with it with my Diamond Paintings. I have thing's I ordered backs in February that I have yet to receive. Summertime
That is very possible! It has just been sort of frustrating to not even have a plan in place. Like if they called and said we cant get the carpet to you until September but we can make your appointment right now I would be much happier haha. I am sorry you arent getting your diamond paintings =(( Hopefully you still have some to do while you wait!
