    1 Cup - Ragi flour
    1/2 Cup - wheat flour
    1/4 Cup - besan
    1 Spoon - Grated ginger
    Chopped green chilli
    1/2 Tsp - Cumin seeds

    1/4 Tsp - turmeric powder
    Salt to taste
    1 Tbsp - white til ( sesame seeds)
    1/2 Tsp - ajwain
    1/4 Tsp - hing
    Fresh Coriander leaves
    1.5 Cup - Chopped fresh merhi
    1/2 Cup - milk malai
    Water as required
