Hey Joseph, thanks so much for your help. Is there any way to clear the design memory more easily than this on a mas-12? I have been deleting designs one by one to make room and I didn't notice anything in the manual about clearing all designs. My old t series machine has an option for this so I feel like I'm just missing something.
Hi Wondering if you can help...i've followedyour video for my SWF MA-6 machine as it was stuck on 'System initialize' ...Ive been able to fix it by reformatting and reload the software but this time it hasnt worked. "System Initialize" doesn't seem to affect many machines as there is next to nothing on the net to help out and if I find something its fixed with a reformat and a reload. Any ideas on what might be happening? Thanks :D
I just got a swf b-t1501 15 needle single embroidery machine it has the LCD controller and only has the floppy disk slot, how do i load the designs from the floppy disk to the machine?

We have SWF/B type 6 head sewing machine. Left side (3 heads) sew in mirror and % wise smaller texts, but it is not set to be like that. Configuration on both sides is the same. Problem started after device was turned on. Before everything was working fine. Can you please give some tips what to check or what to do?

I have a SWF MA6 and I have problems setting Frame center can you help with that. when I press Frame center the frame moves all the way to the left and hits the end stop and goes into error and emergency stop.
Hello, I have swf/k-uk1506-45 , when you select needle it will go to the selected needle. But if you star the design it will go to needle 15 and hooks there until you restart the machine. How can I get the software upgrade file. Thanks

Hi I have a e-1501C and when I add the cap driver and trace, the Y-axis is malfunctioning. I am getting error 202 where Y-axis irregular signal is detected. Without the cap driver the machine works and embroiders fine. Is there anything you can think of?
hi ive done what you said but where it formats it doesnt tell me to power of , so i restarted my machine and loaded the one format where you have the four choices it only gave me the one choice ans when i load the data it says its the wrong file but i backed it up like you said

Love the videos they help out a lot for a newbie here. My SWF F/E-T1501 the F1 and F2 buttons are grayed out, I am not sure what I hit that did that. Do you have a video on how to get them back or can you help me fix it please. Thank you
Your F2 shouldn't be grayed out since you need to input a design for your F1 "emb call" to work.
Was this after you formatted and installed the version. Make sure to install correct version for your machine.
@@ABCSewingMachineInc Thank you for anwsering....I did not have my glasses on and the wrong button and then thats when F1 and F2 turned gray. They were there before I hit the wrong buttons. So not sure what I hit but I was not doing a new install or formatting.
the screen is freezes.. i have a swf/sa_wk912_55 its screen is like k series if i hold org then turn on machine two options comes up 1-sp1 flash romdisk 2-floppy[drive A] (i already floppy rom to flash reader) when i chose 1 nothing changes but when i press 2 its read the flashmemory but says cant read the boot disk becuz my flash is empty. i dont have files. how can i find resources or rom?

Thank you for a very well done video. I currently run an SWF E1502 and its been running great for years. Today it is stuck on System Initialize screen. I noticed the last couple times I turned it on the screen was black but the buttons still beeped. I turned it off and on again the start up screen was there and it worked until today. Now its stuck on the SI Screen. Would a reload of the software help or is one of my boards going bad? Thanks Bob
Hey bob
System initialize can be caused by a few different things. If the machine does not have 5V being supplied to the panel then it will not pass the boot up screen. Checking your power supply (SMPS) voltage for +5v and -5 should be checked before changing any boards.
If you're able to follow parts of the video on backing up your data and reinstalling the version WITHOUT FORMATTING and it works then I would recommend trying a format.
Back up data and program first.
Then format.
After format select "E series 2,4,6 head" for machine version.
Then install data, program, upgrade.
Settings:
1 head
15 colors
X space: 500
Y space: 450
Trim type solenoid
Wheel type 50 hole
And the rest should be regular.

Okay I’m actually did use your video to backup and so on. I’m at the point of wheel type. But being a 2007 it would be a 50 hole not 18? Also what should I set the X and Y satin stitch at for mm

Only a and b series would be 18 hole.

What is the model number and are you able to clear the current embroidery job and select another one?
@@josephpark2310 swfet1501c, new to me machine, I press stop,f1activates no or yes but f2 not highlighting, press escape and and I get a yes no question, both do nothing. I can embroider this pattern but thats it.
ahh now the factory reset disk did not work, I backed it up and had the original but its broken,, stuck in bios/dos, 'exiting due to signal sigsegv' "shutting down allegro"

Hey Joseph this Gene the one that came in to get a cap driver for my swf e-t1501c. Im trying to hook up the ethernet to the sens software the mx86 but its not finding the file. Its giving me a error #614 system file not found. Im on swf install program v4.21 2007. 8.31 at the bottom it says DB ROM Ver4.21. I went to Disneyland and they run the same machines thru ethernet. I have the ethernet plug under the bottom of the screen and the sens input under input. You have that file i need.

Hi kaveen. It's the same way as the video to back up the data and the program file. You will need both.
Usb drive or a floppy? Like a floppy disk ?!? Correct me if I’m wrong but his video was uploaded 3 months ago either this video is really old, or it was a word vomit or I have no idea who still sells floppy discs I thought they were extinct lol

Swf embroidery machine 16 needle
Why is it that the color change sequence isn’t going as programmed?
Always important to check if your color change issue is caused by the potentiometer or something else.
Example: if you set color 1, 2, 3 for your design and when you run and goes to the wrong color, then you have to see what needle/color it shows on your screen.
If you set 1,2,3 and on the 2nd step the screen shows another needle but you're actually on needle 2 then potentiometer issues.
If supposed to be on needle 2 but it goes to needle 5 and shows 5 on screen as well then check your color sequence.
To check if you potentiometer is okay you can go into the setting this video shows, then go to "Para set" and Go. Then on the top right you will see small setting button.
Select it and then go to needle position test.
Turn it on and move to needle 15 manually. You should be around 142, half turn sensor on, and hear a beeping sound.
As you go from 15 to 1 slowly the number value should be going in sequential order without jumping to a random number or flashing 0. If you see this then change potentiometer.

@@bordarycoser1117 error 102 is a motor overload error. Turn off the machine and turn the wheel by hand and see if it feels tight. If yes then find the bind and try again. If the wheel is smooth then it could be the main motor, the main board, or the encoder.
Most times there is thread stuck in the hook area or a broken needle. Or your machine needs oil and grease to make smooth again.
