SWF MAS-12 (2022 Operating Software Update)

There was an update in 2022 for the embroidery machine. To check if your machine is updated, turn on yout machine. To the bottom of monitor click on machine. The white box to center, right it should show the date 8/22 this is the latest update. If not stick around.

Thanks for the video! Question: my machine when I click on "machine" and check the box that has all the model information, mine says "System Version: 2021-11-5 Revision 2". Is that the most up to date or do I need to update it again?

The new one is 8/2022; the version you have is the past version.

When you completed the update, did you have to selecting any settings specific to the picker or needle plate? The video on stitch it says to "select the settings sor your machine" but they don't specify what they should be for the mas 12

For thr updated version I left the new settings alone. The update is specifically for the SWF MAS-12. Hopefully they have an update for the trim. Sometimes it's great for me sometimes it's not. My garage is temp control but have my A/c and heat off at night unless it hits a certain temp so think the heat and cold can play a part in the thread leaving tails or coming out of the needle at time. Also other factors.

They also did a recent update again. I hope they make a new one. I went back to the original because if the machine messes up and the only choice is to shut down, the update doesn't have the option to cancel (go to the last point were it shut down) you only can go to origin.

@@Lillymaricreations Thank you. I did the April 2023 update and my machine is running better than ever. I was able to go back after my thread broke when doing an H test on a a couple of the stitches, so maybe it’s been corrected.
