Great video! Can you make a video of setting up/running the hat for embroidery on an SWF machine next?

This was great. It was exactly what I needed to know and very well communicated. Still need to practice as the fabric shifted, but I'm using cheap cadet caps for my project, which don't have the plastic form that one does. If you have any tips for that case, that would be great. If you've already done a video on that, never mind, I'll go watch that one.

There are devices that you can purchase but normally non structured caps are best when using the holder clips or the semi wide cap frames.

Can you help with transferring designs from my computer to my machine using a serial cable? My flash drive is not being recognized by my machine any longer. Thanks!

Seems like I always have an issue with structured caps sitting to high on the hoop (too much gap) causing it to bounce when being sewn. Is there anything you can do to eliminate, or reduce that?

I'm having issues with the hat hoop once on the machine. The bottom of the hoop holder on the machine has the thing on a spring that snaps the bottom of the hat hoop in.. mid-job that will come off and misalign things.. it's a giant pain. Any thoughts? I don't believe my designs are any larger than what's recommended. The spring is as tight as it can be without tightening it to a point that its no longer springy.. at a loss.

Im working on getting a swf/b-t1501 embroidery machine and was hoping you could help me with some information, What type of design files does the machine accept? and what type of software is needed to read the design and upload them from the computer to the machine ?and what is the largest size design will the machine make? thank you for your time 🤙🏼

Doesn't look like they replied, unless possibly through messages, I guess.
But my SWF reads .dst files. Not sure on the largest sized file, but I have a hoop that's around 20-30" wide. I also had the cheapest option of Wings XP (computer program) until my computer crapped out and now I just have my digitizers send me dst files directly in which I just download, click and drag to the USB stick, upload to the machine, load my thread and garment and press START.
