Cleeter try this! I drive a 2019. Set the cruise and hold accel. And it has way more power to pass and climb hills than the gas pedal. Don't know why but it's crazy. Try it.
From Monica to the big white Willy. You can use the engine brake in traffic on high it is great for slowing you down fast. Walmart even has pans for that stove top, just not aluminum if a magnet sticks to it it should work. You can also put a 1/8 piece of steel on it and it will heat up any pan you put on the steel plate then. Renegade makes some of the best rigs. Big White Freightliner home.
Hey cleetus I say this with utmost respect and I'm not trying to be like some guys that are haters. I love this channel. Be cautious with that dd16 there extremely good engines with good power but, they have a fatal flaw. Their absolutely plagued with DEF problems. I run a 50 ton heavy wrecker for a living and it's terrifying how much we tow these cascadias that are in 5mph engine derate bc the diesel particulate filter is clogged up or it's failed to do a regen and won't manually regen for the customer. If it starts to give you problems I would seriously consider deleting the def/dpf system since this is a not for hire private coach/hauler. I sincerely wish you the best of luck with it. Plus the seats with the new ergonomic designs are so comfortable. Air ride?? She's a damn beauty There McFarland.. There's a tool for every job brother. You got the right one for towing. Now all you have to do is get a electric crane welded on to the trailer. Or have a slip in locking saddle so you can leave it at the shop . But you can use it to load all the jet boats up on the big trailer. Then have your quads loaded up to ride around and also launch the jet boats. Very cool and diversified rig. Great for many occasions.

Sweet rig! Residential refrigerators are definitely cool - but if you have a problem its not as easy as just dropping by Best Buy! Not sure on that coach but you may have to take the slideout off to get the fridge out and back in! Otherwise one of the windows. Brand spanking new though you'll be fine for a while.
“Freedom Freightliner” or “Freedom Liner”. Y’all should come to Cruisin’ the Coast this year! Come to the town you got the Dale truck from. Tim would be glad to see it again.
When you select distance and speed of the vehicle you're following screen, 1 advantage is it will reach out and register vehicles in your lane about 5 seconds of space in front EVEN IN FOG when visibility much less..sometimes very useful to understand pro-tip ... also you'll always have 11000+ lbs on steering axle,be careful on soft ground ,Cat scale it,you'll see what I mean..
@@edwardanderson1562 Right, one would hope that the refrigerator wouldn't need to be replaced. However, the vibration and temperatures in an RV can cause refrigerators in this application to fail sooner than they would in a home.

There obviously not too worried about the cost seeing that they just bought a brand new truck and trailer And it would be a business investment and probably right off
Diesel tech here! The safety system is called Detroit assurance, it’s great....... till it breaks and slams on the brakes thinking there’s a car in front when there’s not. Be careful don’t get to comfortable! Otherwise it’s a beautiful system.
give yourself plenty of time and space! Driver here..it seems everyone on the road, when around a semi is to jump out in front and lay on the brakes..or squeeze into a spot that's not existent when Im 80k LBS..Take it easy!
Pro tip, when you are bringing the slide in hold the switch for a couple of seconds after it stops to make sure all the tension is set on the mechanism. It will save you tons of problems down the road.
It's nice having a regular fridge that you can just go to Home Depot and get, BUT! The bad news is, you have to have the slide completely removed in order to get the old fridge out and get the new refrigerator in there. $$$$ lol. I watched this video the day it was posted, but for some reason, it just showed back up in my recommended so I watched it again. lol.

@@BrandonHvlogs, I own 3 businesses. Just because he can write it off as a business expense and pay less taxes at the end of the year, doesn’t mean he didn’t drop $300k of his income on it. Do you even know how taxes work?
@@BrandonHvlogs, depends on which business he bought the hauler with. If it’s under the UA-cam income, he can likely claim it. If his race shop or the Freedom Factory owns it, he likely cannot. I really hope you got your CDL for that unit Cleet. The air system, length, and weight may require you to have them even if its NOT FOR HIRE. You've got bridge length and weight laws. The DOT could have an absolute field day with you if don't have one.
I could be wrong, but when I raced motocross any vehicle that size was considered an RV as long as it had a bathroom/head and living quarters. RV's are rated for unlimited weight and length. But you are required to put "not for hire" on the side.
@@Whitehorsewelding man that's messed up, I think if anybody is going to be operating something that big, heavy, and with air brakes and suspension they should be required to get their CDL, or atleast have to test and get some kind of endorsement on their license. I'm a long haul trucker, I can buy a super sleeper truck with a full bathroom and kitchen, but we're required by federal law to go through training and testing for our CDL's.
@@justinmullins2680 i can second this. I go drag racing with my dad and we are 75 feet long with a similar setup. Toter and 44ft trailer with a normal drivers license because its considered an "RV." Were overlength and overweight but other than that is totally legal. When we pass the scales on the highway we just move out of the right lane.
Just so you know, nothing is allowed to protrude from the edge of your trailer. Anything that does has to be flagged and permitted as oversized. Now that you are driving a very commercial looking rig, you aren't going to avoid scrutiny from the dot dudes.
As a truck driver for a major carrier, I promise you, you’ll kill that radar and fake rumble strips in the first 50 miles. Wait til the radar sees a shadow and slams on the brakes for no damn reason.
I'm scared of shadows, the computer might as well be too lol. But yeah my dad drives some volvo (nasty), not his choice. But the auto brakes would come on, if somebody passed him, if he was even remotely close to a car, just like sure its ok, but its not helpful for good drivers.
100% truth, about 6 months ago I had one of these newer freightliners auto slam the brakes on me, only car around was in a different lane. When you're loaded to nearly 80k pounds and the brakes get slammed, when you're not expecting it......that shit is no joke. I learned a lesson that day, don't use cruise in any tractor with that radar shit. Supposed to be a safety feature and yet it is far more dangerous.
I rented a modern car with adaptive cruise and lane departure warning and I thought wow cool. Drove in a nasty thunderstorm and the car became unpredictable. Didn’t use it again.
The cockpit of the vehicle uses many controls with the European Mercedes Benz Actros tractor. For example, the steering wheel, levers under the steering wheel and buttons on board.

I'm an Appliance Technician. That Samsung fridge will give you all kinds of problems real soon. Especially if you have power going on and off between trips. I constantly change control boards on them for that very reason. They also get iceclogs, Icemaker Issues and Power Control Board issues. Not trying to be negative just wanted to throw a tip for you. If you can pull that pos off the rig and replace it with a Maytag Side by Side it will be much more reliable. I love the rig! Beautiful! Thank you for the video! I'm gonna subscribe. Take care

Cleeter try this! I drive a 2019. Set the cruise and hold accel. And it has way more power to pass and climb hills than the gas pedal. Don't know why but it's crazy. Try it.
Very true
Because while the cruise is on the computer has the fuel management. Detroit 60 series had 2 hp rating. 1 was pedal 2nd was cruise control.

There's a tool for every job brother. You got the right one for towing. Now all you have to do is get a electric crane welded on to the trailer. @@BrandonHvlogs, I own 3 businesses. Just because he can write it off as a business expense and pay less taxes at the end of the year, doesn’t mean he didn’t drop $300k of his income on it. Do you even know how taxes work?
@@stick004 yes I do. I didn’t say he didn’t. I’ve owned a business too. 😂
@@BrandonHvlogs, depends on which business he bought the hauler with. If it’s under the UA-cam income, he can likely claim it. If his race shop or the Freedom Factory owns it, he likely cannot. If he owns it himself, he definitely cannot. Just like you can’t claim your personal car on your taxes. If it’s anything other than specifically a tool for creating content which direct produces YT income, it’s just personal/business property and can’t be written off. The mileage he puts on it can, but it’s Not For Hire, so it would be hard to prove to the IRS that it produces income if he’s not making regular videos directly about it.

I really hope you got your CDL for that unit Cleet. The air system, length, and weight may require you to have them even if its NOT FOR HIRE. You've got bridge length and weight laws. The DOT could have an absolute field day with you if don't have one.
Glad im not the only one who thought of this detail, he needs someone with one
Yeah, I would think air brake endorsement at minimum.

As a Penske tech, I cannot tell you how many times I've been asked to get rid of it, Or bribe me with money too. lol (You can get rid of it)
Oh, no. For real!?
