Yup, you want your edges to be visible. It might be hard to see in this video, but before cutting you align the skin so the edge is showing. Using a skin cutting tool allows for the proper amount to be cut away from the edge as well
@@SearchofSnowboarding Alright thanks! Also I bought a pair of G3 LT and they don't cover the whole surface of the board. They're supposed to be skins for boards up to 172 and my board is a 162. Yet the tail is not totally covered, is that normal? There's 20 centimeters between the end of the skin and the bottom edge of the board.
@@poulatak That's ok, and you won't have an issue. It's like that because that model of skins has too large of a size range for boards for a given skin size.
