I gotta say George I just got a 2018 jeep renegade latitude. I’m a complete idiot when it comes to working with cars well jeep is my first car lol, but you make everything so simple I changed my license plates lights with your help and I’m think I’m gonna do everything LED like you and thank you so much for making these videos. I really appreciate you. Thank you my dude.
I'm glad you give the Jeep renegade some justice. I have 2015 trail hawk and its the best vehicle Ive ever owned. I always come to your channel to get some ideas to upgrade my renegade.
Aswome vid man...its great u show and tell exactly what issues u had and how u fixed them. Most guys would probbaly just edit out all the issues and not talk about them, i appreciate your honesty in all these vids. Most auto projects i undertake they never seem to go as smoothy as the youtube video i watch. Not sure if i will attempt some of these projects on my Renegade, but im still subscribing to your channel because i enjoy watching you do what I want to do to ny Renegade..lol.
looks killer...unfortunately, i think 'smoked' lights aren't street legal in Az... had a Q for ya, can i get 225/65/17 's on my Trailhawk w/o doin the lift? wonderin if i could get away with it without any rubbing issues at full lock... my shop quoted me about $900 ( approx 4-5 hrs work) just to get the Eibach springs installed. i didn't even ask about a quote for the Daystar lift.. i was also lookin into Flatout Suspensions who have coilover kits which can give a 2in lift by itself but it's approx, $1700 , they're plug and play, don't need the lift kit, but it's spendy,, the shop is great , but they haven't worked on Renegades.. i'd do it myself, but i have back / neck issues that prevent me from doin it on my own. thanks
That sucks that you can't have smoked light. 😟 To answer your question, you will need to lift your Renegade in order to fit that size unfortunately. I have the 2in lift with my set up and they still rub a little bit.
I'm totally buying this. I'm stealing all your ideas. Have you seen the LED headlights that match the X taillights? Opt7 Outlaw X. I'm trying to find ones for my '22 trailhawk. All I can find is 2015-2020. Spendy as shit, but they look badass.
