@@stevenbryant3055 thanks. I have seen a similar one that’s currently under construction in British Columbia, I am wondering where this one is as well. I am fascinated by dams. I grew up near a large one in NW Montana called Hungry Horse Dam.
This is an odd structure. Wish I knew more about it.
