No, it wouldn’t damage your hair. Put it on. Apply a shower cap or plastic bag. Let it set with or without heat. Rinse out. Follow with a clarifying shampoo.
I haven't tried this one or the ors hair mayo but I tried the replenishing pak and loved it im going to buy this one and the ors hair mayo my hair loves protein

It looks like serious protein. If ur hair already got some protein in it. It will definately hate it. Feel rough, hard. Thats why it works for pre-poo

This product works best on dry or dirty hair tbh. I love it. I actually use it for deep conditoining and for a leave in.
