I am fortunate to find your channel. Its been life changing(life saving) for me. I have a request if you could make a video of strength training at home( +/- using dumbells and home equipment) as i am following my calorie deficit for 2 months now and have lost around 10 kgs but am afraid of losing muscle in this process and for some reason i cant acess to a gym. Mn government clerk hun to Mon to Sat 10 to 5 job h. Aur office mein 6 times aisa kar raha hun ki har 50 minutes baad 10 minutes walk kr leta hun. Ye sab bhi maine aapke videos se hi seekha h ki office mein bhi active rhke calories burn ki jaa sakti h. Har din about 900 calories ka deficit ban raha h. Mon to sat gym mein 2 body parts ki 4-4 exercises karta hun.

Everything was right to the point But one thing I would like to highlight is: Every human body has Rectus Abdominis Muscle (Abs) but not all comes with 6 packs because that's just genetics. Some might have 6 packs like Lou Ferrigno Some might have 4 packs despite being at the lowest fat % like Arnold Schwarzenegger And some might have 8 or 10 packs too So to sum it up, No matter how hard you Train your Abs it is all Genetics.

Every human body has Rectus Abdominis Muscle (Abs) but not all comes with 6 packs because that's just genetics.
Some might have 6 packs like Lou Ferrigno
Some might have 4 packs despite being at the lowest fat % like Arnold Schwarzenegger
And some might have 8 or 10 packs too
So to sum it up, No matter how hard you Train your Abs it is all Genetics.
