You have such an awesome family and life. Back in the day when I was growing up on the farm, I was born in 69, by the time I started running just plain gravity wagons at 8 years old, I was hooked on farming. In my area, we only heard about the custom harvester teams raking across the big lands. From about 14-15 years old which would have been 83-84, I have always wanted to experience the work and life of what custom harvesting is. You bring it straight to me out of the field at my desk and you do an awesome job with your video footage. The only thing missing is the smell of being on sight with what the smell of harvest brings.
I love seeing 6 JD combines ready to start & being a TX resident, I love the TX flags on your combines. You & your Mom have so much fun with each other. She did a great job cleaning your windows! I appreciate your kind attitude, Hayden, reflecting on having a great family & wonderful parents, working together. You are blessed!😊
Thank you!
Lineup looked good this morning.
In the earlier videos I thought you only had 2 combines
Hayden great job thats a lot of green paint out there
Thank you for the ride along Hayden and Emma ♥️♥️
Hey Hayden love your channel really looks like you guys fun doing your job when you like your job its like not going to going work also like not going to work it seems to me your mom is the glue that keeps you ll together you just need to keep after her about parking Ha Ha keep the good work enjoy watching . Al
Mom did a good job on tbe cab and cleaning the class. I always leave streaks
Just catching up after subbing in few weeks ago great videos and content,if you want hills check out some of those crazy guys cutting in Washington and Oregon
Pretty cool setup y'all got going on there. Great work keep it up.
Long day of cutting with good weather
Cant wait for tomorrow's video
The forecast looks good for a week of good harvesting weather. Do you know how the wheat is running?
thats a lot of green does that make those engines umph going up those hills
When you guys get done with the week, do you go into the corning and combine corn all over and savings?
After wheat yes we will do corn soybeans milo and black eye peas
New SUB. Do you own all the equipment featured in this video? What are the logistics hauling all the machinery from place to place? Do you hire help and if so do you do so from location to location? I would love to know what you charge per acre and the bushels you haul? Sorry for all the ????? but this stuff is fascinating. Glad I found you......
When you did the Timelapse out side what camera did you you and also what type of magnet did you use
I used a insta 360 and I used their bike mount to mount it. The only magnet I use is for my actual camera and idk the brand I just got the biggest one I can find on Amazon since my camera is heavy.
When you replace your combines for you think you will do the 770s again or a different model
Not sure… this fall we will rent a 780 from a friend and we will see if we like the power/ fuel consumption.
780 is not a bad combine, but I prefer 770. I just like how well they preform. But I am 11 so I don’t really know how to pick a good combine.
Ever thought of trying out the X9?
Funny you say that😏
You rented one didn’t you 😂
I was just wandering. It must be pretty expensive for a farm to hire y’all out to do their harvesting with the cost of your time and fuel and traveling from your home base. How does that work for your family. Just curious. Thanks.
Also I forgot about the maintenance and ware and tear of your equipment.
So Is Your Fleet All John Deere?
Mom should stop cleaning your windshield if you're going to make fun of her parking! LOL. I once lived up north of Minot, definitely clay soil.
Q. How do you bit/get paid for harvesting? You were there harvesting before the other crew got there if I understand your video correctly. Just wondering if you harvest more than the other team if your pay was different. Enquiring minds want to know! LOL
We get paid by the acres we cut and the bushels we haul
@leefury7 I clean, he greases, & we both trade wise cracks all day 😂
@@HarvestChic Of course. I'm a regular viewer but have seen you learning how to grease your own combine. Did you guys just recently get the electric pump for the grease? Makes it a lot easier although I guess you can install a system where you can do the 50hr grease with a touch of a button on your screen. But where would the fun be in that? No grease on your shoes or pants. LOL
@@HaydenOnHarvest Thx for the reply. I use to work for Peterson Mfg which patented his universal fit dual wheels.
We have had a electric grease gun for years
What part of the state are you in?
Why is it no one seems to bale the straw ? 🤔
We will on a couple of fields… I don’t think he wants 17,000 acres of wheat straw bales though 😂
Where are you guys based out of
Central Texas
Hello from israel👍
👋🏼
How do you like the Dewalt tools I am a big Milwaukee guy and do you have a crush on Emma
DeWALT is superior, no no I do not have a crush on Emma… she also has a bf
@@HaydenOnHarvest I think milwaukee is better but DeWalt has a good tools. You to must be good friends.
Those hills are nothing we have we have lot worse in Oregon
Camera does no justice. He has already flipped two anhydrous tanks and can’t get his spray rigs on top of the hill… I would say that’s something.
No offense meant but your mom is a good cleaner. Windows and floor and no streaks
