I know you have said Little D is shooting a Beretta, but what model is it? Sporting or field? Barrel length? What do you recommend an 8yr old who is small, but wants to get into sporting clays games? She’s average for her class, but I’m worried about recoil. She turns 9 in 2 months and I Usually by my kids guns for their birthdays. My son is shooting a browning silver 20 gauge micro with a 26 inch barrel and it’s too big for her. I have thought about getting her a Remington 11-87 sportsman Compact 20ga with a 21” barrel, but it’s still 6.5lbs. She could always use that for home defense later on. What do you guys think?
reminds me of when my dad started getting my brother and I into sporting clays. Well done as a dad, it gets the kids away from the phone and out of the house
For the most part we reload all of our loads. I try to give the kids "throw always" when they shoot sporting clays. Much easier to save hulls on the skeet field.
Little D shoots a 20 ga with 3/4 oz load. She is 10 and Gun weight and recoil are both an issue. We will likely move her up to a light load in 12 next year. Thanks for watching...
I love all ur videos , u r a good man god bless u n ur family👍
You are an a great dad, congratulations!!

Boa noite está garota e muito boa de tiro parabéns
So when do you guys use reloads vs factory? I've seen both where you guys keep the hulls for reload, and also have thrown them away.

Looking at the targets, I would have been right there with Little D. 55 is a good score. Dirty Dad at 74 is definitely out of my league.
What kind of chokes do you use?
Fun!
Good score and why doesn't little dirty shoot a 12 gauge
