I am always amazed by the size of vegetables growing in Alaska, huge. Nice crop. Greetings from Jackson Hole WY !

Hi. I just discovered your channel. I am a soon-to-be neighbor. We are building a cabin in Caswell Lakes. I hope to have a garden as nice as yours someday. We started his channel too, it is pretty slow growing so far. I have to be more dedicated to it once I move there.

Para cosechar las papas es necesario esperar a que las hojas se sequen...

We got our first frost this morning so hopefully they will begin drying up. It’s so hard to wait so I peek when we need some for a meal 😊

They are Tansy. So unusual. We’re trying to see if we can do something medicinally with them. At the very least, I think they would be pretty dried.

Turnips are much sweeter if they have a frost on them

Broccoli is better after it has been frozen. You can leave it in the garden until you need it.

I didn’t realize that. I always tried to harvest it before it flowers but the little shoots should be super yummy here soon. We got a light frost this morning.

We’re not even sure what kind of potatoes they are. Our neighbor Bill gave them to us last spring. The onions will have to be add ins to meals no breaded onions from them 😊

It’s called common tansy. It’s so unique and beautiful but it’s kinda stinky! Ha! We still need to research how to use it. 😊
