I couldn’t find this anywhere, my dealer wasn’t even helpful! My key was changed because the previous owner lost his and they didn’t change the door or trunk locks. Thanks my man!

People keep saying about the key hole but it won’t release the lock manually. Must be an electric release just like the gas cover, hood, or all the door locks.
If I recall, mine had a place to insert the key. If you look where the rubber release is in the trunk lid, there should be a key hole close to it. Insert key and turn key, open!

There's a key hole under the trunk handle, you can manually open the trunk if you have your key (inside the fob).
