Santa & Scrabble

A seasonal training session, combining fartlek and continual paced running, aimed at a group of runners, preferably at least 15 runners.
Add extra seasonal impact, get some Christmas tunes on, encourage a red light to be warn (it will make sense), as well as Santa hats.
In this I refer to "scrabble" letters, after the board game I played a great deal around Christmas day. In fact for my coaching I acquired a very, very large bag of wooden letters, very similar to the original ones, for just £3.50 from a popular online site for reselling unwanted items!
