I have a public Reddit (haven't posted in a while) but when I was active... I got a lot of leads from just sharing my insights and having genuine conversations.
Graduate Student in Digital Marketing... currently unloading trucks ... the connection that I am able to make with this video for content creation is that it's all about being productive ... your always working ... content creation and owning your business is a no rest venture ...
Yay La! Love the Q & A videos! For one your genuineness is so evident and two-all the vastness and wide array of questions you answer freely, in depth and with data, and informatively. Great video! Xoxo ❤
I didn’t know you worked in automotive! Cool! I was in automotive software for 16 years, now in data science :) Question, what KPIs are important to your clients? Views, follows, purchases? I’m noticing for a tiny account, it takes a long time to get results for them, how do I keep them engaged and have them see the value?
Ugh - I've been spending way too much time on Reddit. I think the anonymity of it is enticing, but almost luring in a negative way. I found myself getting into silly fights with strangers. So, I tried making my profile semi public-ish with a profile picture and obvious links on my profile page so people can find me if they want. It's helped keep me more civil 😬But, I've also considered going full on public so the time spent on the app would be somewhat more productive in terms of self promoting etc...
Ahhh that is such a good point! Luckily, I don’t get into too many arguments there (that’s more Twitter/threads for me 😆) but I mainly use Reddit to nerd out on topics that are unrelated to my business. Or as questions I’m too embarrassed to ask anywhere else, haha
@@thelatashajames lol, makes sense. I feel like I'm trying to monetize almost everything I do nowadays. I'm not sure if it's smart business or something else, but I'm at a point in my life where it's both financially necessary, and just seems smart to capitalize on the opportunities that exist with so much interconnectivity in the world. Annnyway, keep up the good work 🤘
