The reason Ainz is nerfed while playing as the adventurer Momon is that he doesn't have any warrior skills. He's just pushing through based on his level 100 magic caster stats, which in terms of the "New World" are godlike.

Why all these patrons spoiling
simple explanation when it comes to the strenght of the overall characters. Ainz is at max level 100, the guards of nazaric are all around 50-100 themselfs. Gazelf (head warrior and chad) is around lvl 60. Which is already rated as extremly powerfull. the normal level of adventures is at around lvl 20-25. Ainz is at around lvl50 with his black knight armor i think. So yeah...

Ainz and every floor guardian are lv100 except Victim. Realm of heroes for humans is a few levels past lv30, so is Gazef. If I recall correctly, Momon is about lv33 as well
