A MINDFUL Day w/ ME | ep 1 - Setting a New Routine for Social Distancing

  • After 3 weeks of this pandemic and self-quarantine have taken effect, I am just starting to figure out my new routine. I thought this would be a natural transition for me as someone who have always worked from home but the uncertainty in my life and in the world had taken be back. I wanted to allow myself some time to process this new shift in the world before trying to figure it out. Sometimes it’s best to stay still as things unfold and let yourself grasp on to the change. When we try to react, we often fall into fear quickly. My life isn’t that interesting but I thought I share intimate segments of it with you since we are all alone in heads together.

    This was actually very relaxing to watch. It's like we're there watching you clean...and kind of gives me a sense that I should get of my butt and clean too.

    Love this. I watched this whilst doing my morning routine too and it made me feel like we were getting ready together! Connected during these times. Hope you and your family are safe and well.

    Hi Ann I've been following your channel since the start when you made diy bracelets and such things. It's just nice seeing your life now to what it was before you were still married I had no idea how much was going on that never met the cut in the vlogs and such. But I'm so glad that you're happy now your life seems so simple and you seem content and I hope that is so. Also it's nice to see you bonding with vincent 🙂 I really hope you guys have a wonderful strong bond 💕

      Wow... that was really some time ago 😆 I truly appreciate you so much and that really means a lot to me! 💕💕💕
      I’m definitely learning how much Vincent and I have a lot in common. He’s a teenager now so it’s a different kind of experience but overall... I’m glad he still takes my advice 😊💕

    I think, the hardest part is not the social distancing, but rather a big break in your routine. Going to the gym was a big part of my daily life where I could enter a space of peaceful mind whilst doing hard work. Doing it at home is definitely very difficult, although i try.
    This video was calming and relaxing. Thank you!

      Diana Laura London had a Utube channel. I love her short routines especially the abs ones. I can do these in the shower..w an imaginary broom stick and my abs Definitely were more chiseled now than when I used to do more than 10+ miles of running, weights, and sit ups!!!😂🤣😅

      I know what you mean. The gym was something I really miss and there has been a lot of ups and down trying to stay active for me. Appreciate your comment 🙏💕

    You should talk to your plants out loud! The carbon dioxide that you release from breathing is good for them, since they release oxygen :) This was very relaxing, thank you for this vlog during the hard times, it almost felt like ASMR!

    Oh please don’t brush with the electric toothbrush! Just glide it across the teeth. It can do more harm than good to also be scrubbing and brushing with it while it vibrates!

    • @StudioAnnLe
      @StudioAnnLe  4 роки тому

      My dentist and orthodontist recommended it. What have you found out about it? I’m always open to hearing other studies out there 🤔

    • @noodlegirl55
      @noodlegirl55 4 роки тому

      @@StudioAnnLe I was using a sonicare toothbrush and at some point I had extremely inflamed gums and a bit receding. My dentist said that the sonicare and I assume other electric toothbrushes are meant to glide over your teeth. Too much brushing along with fast vibrations can irritate and injure your gums.

    Does the, "Hello," toothpaste you used leave black marks or residue in the sink? (I'm asking because I use powder charcoal as toothpaste and it makes a mess. So I only like to use it in the shower.)

    • @StudioAnnLe
      @StudioAnnLe  4 роки тому

      It’s still messy but not as the powder. Easy to clean in my sink but a mess. That was my last time using that 😄 I bought the coconut and tea tree after.

    Looks like something in a spraybottle with a gas propellant???

    I find it a little bit stressing because I wanted to watch and had to read at the same time... and that's kind of hard, perhaps harder for me as not a nativ speaker. I sometimes had to stop to be able to read everything and when the background was bright, it was even hard to read, too. All in one: please speak to us again!!! You didn't say a word, that's such a pity! I think, your voice is calming, too, and I don't understand the people who don't think like that and don't miss your voice at all.
    But nevertheless, thank you for sharing!

    • @StudioAnnLe
