Aren't these alliance-wide amounts? So if you need to spend materials, it's the whole alliance's spend that is considered? If you have a 70-member alliance, these are doable.
I don't know why your camping at 60, the quicker you move into g6 the better, you can start collecting the g6 stuff off dailies and from the bp. staying at 60 literally does nothing except hurt you.
This shit is litterely the most stupid implenentation of something that chould have saved the game but obviously scopely not giving about anything but there wallet. Quality over quantity bullshit. Scopely is all "here is new content, buy it lozers and give us your money".

they are not. you have to do them individually.
