Big tip for Akkha - Radius Markers. Can tag him so he's blue in mage phase, green in range phase and red in melee phase. Makes it extremely easy to see when he swaps then and know to pray/attack accordingly.

Just drop a pot 2 squares north of baba then go south at the top of ramp and attack. Click the pot as soon as baba turns towards you then just red x like you would on the teleporter. Much simpler than clicking all those different tiles.

Great stuff. Appreciate the level of detail in each room. I've been pushing a lot of invos and I definitely want to try out the kephri ranger scarab trap.
I know a lot of things are muscle memory and there are plenty of ways to play, but one tip I really like is swapping my left click on the supplies to "Resupply."
I still pull out both ambrosias (if I have 2) for emergencies, but with 1 raid brew and restore in inventory, I'm able to sip and just top off the potions in my inventory without needing to pull out more or rearranging the supplies.
Curious your thoughts on Ultor vs Lightbearer. Do you think the ~3 max hit outpaces additional specs (rn I'm rocking fang, dds, yellow keris.. could bring claws though)?
With yellow keris, light bearer can definitely be helpful to give some more survivability. When I run 450-500 with yellow keris I definitely drop the ultor for light bearer. If you don't need all the yellow keris specs, the ultor damage is pretty big though.
If im not wrong i think you can use radius markers to tag the splash zone on the zeb jug. Havent tried it tho
Zebak bloodspawns will die if you go to the stairs opposite of where they spawn.
Also lvl 2+ zebak you can always flick to avoid all barrages
There's a plug in for attack cool down and if you click the boss at 1 it's 0 tick loss or turning prayer on 1 above your head is easy flicks

I'll be putting together a Duke guide before too long, probably going to get out 1 more ToA loot video first at least. I'm trying to stick with solos until I have shadow and full masori, but after that I could be up for it.
Hey man!! I so appreciate your guides. So I don’t have a fang yet. Do you think 300 invos are doable without fang? Trying to give myself the best possible rate so that I can push towards 400s.
Z hasta is a decent substitute for up to around 300. I wouldn't push much above that until fang though. If you have the blue gem, you can bring the blue keris for kephri and then just use z hasta (or even bowfa) at Baba. Good luck on the fang!

If you stand within 2 tiles of an obelisk skull bomb the explosion won't damage you either. You cannot be standing diagonally though
Great video! Still can't complete a damn 350+ toa without wiping about 25 times before 1 completion anymore. Just wasted 3+hrs today alone no completions.
It was pretty rough for me learning at first too. You could lower the invo a bit and practice more if you're dying that much. Good luck!
I'm noob. Is trapping the ranged scarab instead of the melee scarab done to avoid chip damage through ranged prayer? Or is it a dps thing, the melee is faster to kill without max gear?
If you trap the melee and leave it alive, it will periodically heal Kephri even if you're out of range. Trapping the ranged scarab also helps you avoid chip damage like you said, but also the ranged scarab only heals Kephri when it attacks you.
Is there a reason you don't stand adjacent to the shadows/falling skulls on p2 wardens, and instead run 4 squares away? 1 or 2 squares adjacent is a safe spot (but not diagonally). Is this different at higher path levels?
I just didn't know you could do that when I made this video. There shouldn't be any difference at higher invocation/path levels.
Is there some kinda way to prevent Akkha from spamming the light puzzle special attack. I'll get some kills that last almost 7 minutes just because he'll spam the light puzzle.
If you're butterflying and not getting hit, it seems he uses his specials less but other than that I'm not sure. Seems random to me.
what plugin is that where it tells you how much your total bgs spec was?

Is DWH worth it as a substitute for BGS?
I would use bone dagger instead for ToA. Most bosses are resistant to crush and have a cap with how much their defense can be lowered, so dwh isn't good.
i cant get the time ever even on 350s so im doing 380 with less help and softcore once i can make time and get the 380s down ill switch to hardcore and timer or timer softcore until i feel confident then do timer hardcore 400s i can do 350s ez so now im just pushing to 400

For some reason my brain handles patterns better at akkah simon says than remembering colors. Like it'll always be an ajdacant available color so remembering "up, down, right, up, left" is way easier on me pea brain

I don't use yellow keris for my chill purple grinding raids. If you use yellow keris you use up a lot more of your own ppots and it slightly increases your risk of dying from mistakes. If you're comfortable with it, feel free to run no help needed and change up the invos. You definitely don't have to copy exactly what I'm doing.

toa only charges you 250k per death fee? Whys mine 500k? You have better gear than me
The death fee depends on your gear and is capped at 500k. Not sure exactly what you're bringing in, but there must be something that's expensive and not in your top 3 items.

Yes, sang's dps is still far less than fang/bowfa so I wouldn't bother butterflying unless you're very low on brews.
