@@asiyah7714 I've found the best way is to sift it first so there are no big lumps and mix it to a paste with a little liquid first. Then you can add more, gradually, whisking as you go and it will incorporate nicely. Even better if the liquid has some fat in it (such as cream or whole milk) as the cocoa is fat soluble.
As a chemistry major I enjoyed the fun fact about cocoa powder the most. Pretty sure I missed some important ganache info while spending a good few seconds being fascinated by a spoon being dipped into a glass of water. Oh this explains so much about making hot chocolate!
That is why I always put a little of the liquid into the powder first, stir it until pasty and then slowly add the rest of the liquid. Like that you can get a smooth drink even with cold milk

Not sure how to classify, but a menu or a memorization badge can be entertaining. Give them a dish recipe that they've never made before, a night to practice with, and see how well they can replicate it in a challenge without the recipe.
Can we have the following: - All 3 normals working together at once vs 1 chef. - The solo chef gets an extra 15 minutes. - 4 course meal - One mandatory dish decided by the judging chef that both teams have to create, but all 3 individuals have to have helped create.
Wow. Barry walking in as Woody, must have been the highlight for the people working at that shop that day. I'll be honest... I would've kept laughing the rest of the day.

Idea for a battle: revisit a challenge but switch between the contesters recipes. As in, if the battle is between Mike and Barry then Mike would have to make whatever Barry made during the last battle and vice versa (with their own changes and twists of course)

I do not own baking beans and I like to bake pie and I've always just used rice. But I usually get a soggy bottom on my crust and I haven't been able to figure out why. Now I know IT TAKES LONGER THAT WAY???? Thank you Mike, for troubleshooting my baking!

I have a small problem in witch they came with several improvements and problems with Mike’s but none with Barry but mike won so Barry had no chance unless mike failed
As someone who will literally make a batch of yorkshire puddings to eat with insane amounts of gravy, learning that water in the batter makes for a crispier and lighter pudding is something I'm very happy about. Also that cocoa powder is hydrophobic is a new one for me

I would love to see the normals get different recipes that they have to adapt to someone with an allergy(or multiple). Since I'm studying to become a baker this is something that has come to a new light for me and a real chef knows how to adapt the cooking for allergies.
