Will a facebook marketplace cheap petrol strimmer start?

I'm trying a few #willitstart videos, buying something cheap on facebook marketplace/gumtree and see if we can get it to start!
This time, a couple of petrol lawn strimmers, sold as parts or repairs and told they don't run. Can we get it to run and how difficult will it be to start?
