I haven't heard of most of these killers. Albert Fish I've heard of, and I think I saw the story of the Coplands, perhaps on another UA-cam video.
The narrator said that the Coplands are the oldest couple to receive a death sentence for their crimes, but he didn't say if they were ever executed, or if they're still alive on death row. Does anyone out there know?

Yes actually! My husband and I was at Dorothea Puente F Street house in downtown Sacramento the day they started digging and finding bodies. My dad knew her personally as one of his clients. He said she was always so sweet and a good tipper. My dad was involved some in the case. He talked to the police detectives back then. I saw the news people come and all the mass amount of people come to watch, as they found the bodies. Honestly a very sad few days. I was there on the days they started digging and finding her victims.

That must have been the parents of Grace Budd that he wrote to. She was probably Albert Fish's most unfortunate victim.
Fish met the Budd family sometime in the 1920s, pretending to be friendly with them, especially with their children. He particularly took a fancy to Grace, who I believe was about ten years old.
One day, in 1928, he took the little girl to what he said was a children's party given by a relative. The party, he said, was clear across the state of New York, and that they had to take a train to get there. The Budds believed his story, since he appeared to be a nice old gentleman.
While on the train with young Grace, Fish carried with him a steel box. When the pair got off the train at their stop, Grace suddenly turned around and ran back onto the train. A few seconds later, she came back carrying her friend Mr. Fish's steel box, which he had forgotten to take with him when he and she disembarked. The irony is that if Grace Budd had known what was in the box, she would never have even tried to retrieve it, because the box contained a saw, a cleaver, and several knives. They were all Albert Fish's instruments of murder!
Anyway, Fish took Grace to a small house, where he killed the child, and then used the items in his box to cut up her body, some parts of which he cooked in a stew, which he ate with carrots and onions. That explains his reasons for sending that letter to Mr. and Mrs. Budd telling them which parts of their daughter's corpse tasted best.
It wasn't until 1934 that Fish was eventually tracked down and caught by the police. (Strangely enough, he had been planning to turn himself in for some time, and even said that if an innocent man had been arrested instead, "I would have come forward.") He made a full confession, not only to the Budd murder, but to various acts of child molestation, and a few murders of young people, over the years. (He couldn't remember them all, however, because of his cloudy memory.) He told the police about how he derived pleasure, not just from hurting people, but from hurting himself as well! He would whack himself with a wooden paddle, and would have his own children beat his bare behind with paddles until they bled. He even stuck needles into his body, an x-ray of which showed dozens of the sharp instruments all through his insides, even around the interior of his genitals!
He attributed his peculiar ways to his experiences in various orphanages, where children were often subjected to corporal punishment for the slightest infraction of the rules. "I saw so many kids beaten, it ruined my mind," Fish said.
Another example of Fish's twisted way of thinking was his bizarre interpretation of the Bible, particularly the story of the Last Supper between Jesus Christ and His twelve followers just before He was betrayed by Judas, an event He Himself predicted. Anybody who has read the Scriptures faithfully would be familiar with how Jesus gave pieces of bread to the twelve men, telling them "Take it and eat it, for this is my body," and how He gave them cups of wine, telling them "Take it and drink it, for this is the cup of my blood. Do this in remembrance of me." (The Christian communion ceremony had its origins in this meal.)
Fish, incredibly enough, misread the story and came to believe that it was acceptable to eat somebody's body and to drink their blood. In other words, it made him believe in CANNIBALISM!
(Significantly enough, when Fish's marriage failed, he took his children and they all moved to another house, and one of the first things he did at his new home was to climb up on a small hill, stick his clenched fist in the air, and yell repeatedly, "I am Christ, I AM CHRIST!")
Albert Fish was later tried and convicted of the murder of Grace Budd and was sentenced to death by electrocution. On the day (in January of 1936, I think) of his execution at New York State's famous Sing Sing Prison (now called Ossing Correctional Facility), which he said he was looking forward to, Fish willingly marched through the little green door of death without any help, sat right down in the electric chair, and assisted the guards in fastening the straps and the electrodes.
But, when the executioner pulled the switch, the small needles that Fish had put into his body caused a short in the electricity, which failed to kill Fish, so the switch had to be pulled again, and this time, it worked.
Shortly thereafter, a police official looked over Albert Fish's confession and stated that he would never publish it, because it was full of "obscenities."
I think there's a UA-cam video or two about Albert Fish, which go into more detail about him and the way he thought.

@@kentrig5171 they shud abolish the rules of sentencing old people. I don't wanna sound demeaning but usually when they are over 70 yrs old I have nothing to worry about cuz people at that age can't do any harm. Plus the guy is close to the end of his life. He's gonna go soon anyways. Let nature punish him

I definitely feel you there. But I couldn't imagine the families of his victims. They probably don't give a shit if he's old, he had no mercy on their loved ones, why should the law have any mercy on him, just because he was old? I don't think those murderous tendencies go away just because you're old. He may be an elderly man now, but if he was still in his youth, lives would still be taken by him. He can't harm now because he physically can't, not because he wanted to stop. I dunno, I definitely understand where you're coming from, but the victims families want their justice and they deserve it. Imagine it's been decades since the murder of your loved one, and the man who caused their death among many others has finally been caught. Some family members had passed before they even knew the truth. I'd definitely be like send that man to the nearest prison NOW.

At that age you should be in a mental facility you shouldn’t have a mind of a killer
He must had a brain of a 35-year-old Who is obsessed with murder
I read all the comments and only saw One person comment on this one
