- Many people struggle to release trapped emotions from the body because they’re not able to access them. Emotions have been stored for 30 years, 40 years, 50 years plus it is not easy to release them once were used to holding onto them when were using these five training methods to connect deeper into the body, the purpose is to be able to feel deeper layers of sensation inside the body where our emotions are stored.
Once you feel the sensation of these emotions inside, keep your attention fixated on this emotion and don’t get distracted with your thoughts. Stay with the feeling and continue to relax. This is not something that you would only need to do once or twice. The truth is you’re going to have to do this a lot especially for those who have stored a lot of emotions from the past.
Remember that every time you do this, you release a little more of what’s been holding you back from become the best version of yourself. via @mikechangofficial - Навчання та стиль
Great points. I knew about some of them but this is just common sense obvious intuition we should already know in our body.

I don't think i'll be able to do the pancake split yet
What other stretching exercise can I do?
You don't have to go that far apart or deep - start where you can and progress. Good way is to lay with your but against the wall and put your legs on the wall - leting gravity to pull them apart and assist. As for the stretches just look up some yoga stretches.
Why does he look so different? 6 pack shortcuts??
Nice video!! Meditate is a placeholder for prayer and a connection with God. I’m not opposed to meditation but it’s my belief what many people are missing is praying.
No
@@michaelboyd8933 I’ll pray for you.
Yeah i agree with you bro, the essence of meditation is awareness and mindfullness, focusing your attention and mind to one point. Namaz/salat is just like that, focusing your eyes on the ground where you prostrates, and focusing your mind to what you recites. Meditation today with many form and shape, maybe were remnants of the old ways, old teaching of the former messengers throughout many eras and civilizations.
This is actually your flow. And ok, it helps release trapped emotions, but it's so simplified... It's just... Too much. Also, you talk about deep emotions the same way you talk about everyday things, in a too simplified way and superficially. One can easily get the impression that only by doing these exercises deep emotions can be solved. That's the part of the way you talk in this video I don't like. Everything else is ok, as usual.
He said 5 methods to release your emotions, dummy, not every method in the world. If you're dumb enough to get that impression off a one minute UA-cam video, that is hilariously on you.
He only suggested 5 ways to release your trapped emotions, not every method in the world. If you're dumb enough to get that impression off of a one minute UA-cam video, then that is hilariously on you.
@@lloydboone4973 the need to offend someone personally for his/her opinion tells about your qualities. All the best to you.
