Salad Dressing Ingredients
2/3 oil oil
1/3 balsamic vinegar
2 swigs Worcester
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Fresh ground pepper
If I was Kelly, I would have made an exit out of the kitchen after the first five minutes.

And this is why you see very few cooking shows with more than one person because you will get in each others way. In a restaurant there aren't cameras to navigate. Sam looked very nervous in this video and Kelly was very calm and collected, I can tell she's great under stress.
I think Sam was more nervous than Kelly. He was so worried that it wouldn’t go right, he was extra crazy. But they did great!!! Max was so sweet sticking up for his Mom!!!

Sam I think your an awesome cook and your wife seems very cool. But i think maybe your a bit too sensitive, did the comment your wife made about your shirt upset you? I liked the story of how you won her over, but the kitchen duo started out as cute, then it seemed thing your wife stopped having fun, and then I don’t know it just didn’t seem like either of you were having a good time. Salads looked good though.

He’s just taking charge and being orderly, I’m stunned because I’ve had the same adverse reaction when telling people what to do, that being said I was in marine corps boot camp and that is 3 months of listening and doing what they say immediately, don’t be offended they aren’t trying to be a “butt” it’s just about being efficient and your feelings don’t matter, not that we are trying to hurt them but in our heads we are viewing this as a machine would.
Personally, I would have walked off the set if my man acted like a complete ass to me like he did to her. Maybe a few less drinks at his prior meeting would have resulted in better manners 🤔 or is he always like this with her 🙄 I’m not impressed.

Sam, first off, you are a great guy who I thoroughly enjoy. I've only been subscribed for a few days & yeah, while I've seen a lot of light-hearted sarcasm aimed at your son, so far I had not seen this seriously passive aggressive side of you.
We've been married almost 46 years and take it from me, when one behaves like this to the spouse, it isn't good for the relationship. Now, I know you were under pressure, things weren't going how you had planned, but honestly, none of that justifies being such a bully to a sweet lady you clearly love. At age 53, you should have enough confidence that you can let her shine without feeling diminished or like you aren't still the star of the show. Come on, remember the story at the beginning of the show, about how you won her! Making her always feel that important is how you'll keep her. And she's clearly a great gift that you've been given. This was the 1st ever podcast that I actually watched the entire thing. I've tried to watch other ones but could never make it past 5 minutes or so.
I was looking for a balsamic vinaigrette recipe and this was perfect... minus all the other chaotic stuff that reminded me of a Howard Stern show (not a fan of Howard S.). Thank you Kelly.

Great show Sam, I know it was 9 years ago but as a new subscriber (probably 1 year or so) I just got to it. Totally enjoy your shows and usually watch them while running on the treadmill. When I find a chef that inspires me to try I usually follow and share with my family. Just watched this because I was curious about Kelly’s salad dressing. Her salad looks delicious and I learned about hearts of palm. I’ve never used those in my salad and love them! Crazy crazy. Your couscous looks awesome too. I love both salads and will be incorporating these for a change. I love making new and different things. This is why I love your channel! BTW, I made the shrimp and egg salad sandwich. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I even made a sandwich for my neighbor. She LOVED it as well. I think I forgot to write a comment on that page when you made it.
