I also eat raw sushi during pregnancy, same with a lot of other things because if you really think about it, what did they do back in the day when they didn’t know all these restrictions?! 😅

I ate medium steak with no concerns during pregnancy, as long as the outer part is cooked and comes from reputable sources it should be fine. I think raw sushi is more risky, but I did eat them at 9 months pregnant because at that point my diet was mostly liquid diet (I had difficulty eating basically during the whole pregnancy), and at one time sushi was the only thing I could imagine eating because it's refreshing. TLDR: I was miserable and could barely eat, let me eat sushi dammit!

The salad looks delicious but I wouldn't call it a Greek salad. It has many ingredients that we don't put in the original Greek salad here in Greece. But still I really want to try your version. It looks so goooodd

There’s cooked sushi that’s no risk at all btw since even high quality is not safe. A parasite doesn’t think “oh that’s a $100 fish, I’ll stay out of it… but I’m glad it hasn’t affected you or baby 🙏🏼 ❤

Whole Foods is a pretty expensive spot so not typical for an average US store! Groceries are getting more and more pricey though, especially for fresh fruits and vegetables.

Raw fish is because of the risk of the meat being potentially contaminated. If you're not sure the raw fish you're buying is high quality, you shouldn't eat it. The raw fish per se isn't a problem, japanese women still eat them while pregnant. Coffee I'm not sure.
You can have up to 200mg caffeine - same as the recommended amount without being pregnant. 😊

OK STOP. Kristin the Lord is using your videos to speak to me. God uses acorns as a reminder of something He promised to me many years ago - very long story short. Anyway, a couple years ago you shared a video and one of James’ cube toys had an acorn on it that you pointed out. Last year you posted a video and were in a candle shop and one of the candles was shaped like an acorn and you showed the camera. Now today you’re advertising the company Acorns. Haha God is cool!!
