Thanks for posting. One of the older EAA guys once told me if you are having trouble setting your tracking, placing a piece of paper under the prop hub could help you get tracking perfect.

I have the Airmaster constant pitch prop on my Jabiru 2200 in my Avid (early Kitfox).
    Absolutely love it.

What a fun process to pitch a prop. I have 3 to deal with, and I do it two times a year, summer and winter. Due to the air.

Beautiful bird. I'm not sure if it's your lighting or are your windows tinted? If they are can you share what product you use and specifically percentage of tint, it looks nice but don't want it too dark where you sacrifice outside colors and visibility.

The jabiru 2200 is a good engine but doesn’t do best is a high drag plane. It is a direct drive engine with redline of 3200 rpm. Most people pitch for 2600-2900 rpm on full throttle climb out. The net effect is only full power is delivered at high rpm but the tips may be supersonic and very noisy. I had a 2200 in a Titan and it was fast and light and simple.

Hello , what is your full throttle rpm on the ground ? I’m trying to adjust a 3 blade NR-prop on my Jabiru powered AvidFlyer … should fly next week, I hope .. Philippe

2850 will give good cruise but 3100 gives really good climb
