We actually had a reservation for the "big event" but were so tired from work that day that I cancelled our Hyatt Regency experience and we went, instead, to ISANA in North Kihei. Which is excellent, we loved it, and it was less than half in expense. LOL. The Fried Salmon Skin Salad was from there and might be one of the best things I've eaten on Maui. Happy for your 10th. We actually had reservations Friday for a big dinner, but we were both so tired from work I cancelled the reservation at the Hyatt Regency and we went to ISANA in North Kihei.
