I just had a rough day that ended up with me getting admitted to the hospital for my mental health. This music is one of the only things that put me at ease. I’m so glad there’s a supportive community here and that we share many of the same experiences. Sleep well everyone, you deserve it.

Due to physiological reasons, I can't sleep in silence.. ever. So, every night for the past few years, I have listened to this channel. The music is just so calming 😌. At the end of a hectic day, I find peace and fall into a deep sleep. I cannot thank SleepTube enough for what they have done for me and my sleep.

I've been missing someone that I don't know if I'll ever get the chance see again. After getting my to do list done today, I have an opportunity to do something I enjoy, but my heart feels so heavy that I don't have any desire to do anything 💔.
