Wow... Ok now THIS is interesting! This is pretty much the "business channel" I've been looking for.
I’m ADD. I am an entrepreneur that focused on startups. Exited a few. Failed a few. Flipped a lot of real estate. Made a lot. Lost a lot. I’m ready to look at getting into buying active businesses. I’m an award winning writer and producer, actor, and want to leverage those skills into building a portfolio. I know some successful people in various sectors. I’d love to get going. I need to use OPM...I don’t have any. I’m starting over again...at age 48💪🏽
As in real state the house price is: net month rent x 120 (all included: reform, fees, etc). Is the same for a bussines? Net month income x 120?

i did not hear what are you parameters to be met as far as a "good business deal" such as cash flow in compared to purchase price, cash flow back to the new owner (monthly), pay out to seller on monthly note, and cap expenditure reserves to hold for costs, all separate from the big elephant in the room "payroll costs"

whenever you say that the richest people have financial partners to raise capital in acquiring a business, can you clarify a bit in exactly what type of partners, and is this the most trustworthy and safe way to achieve capital.

There's nothing to stop the creator of it leaving and taking the money, then starting again.
Okay presentation,but recommend you speak louder but slower. Also with more clarity, rather than rambling on. Eg use a whiteboard or PowerPoint. Have a list of points and speak to them. Also make sure you answer the subject topic specifically and in detail. Hope these comments will improve your presentations.

I watched your other videos and you mention to offer x3 times the profit is that NET or GROSS?- How do you get the businesses no money down? I know how to do it in property but is that how you do it with businesses?
Okay thanks for your reply Moran- 1. I assume we are looking for MOTIVATED sellers only? So making many offers to get 1 deal secured etc, very similar to what I do in property only much bigger profits. 2. I'm un-sure what sector to focus on when looking for a business as property businesses like estate agents and letting agents are not very profitable so what other niches are worth looking at? 3. Going on websites like 'business forsale' etc I assume is one way to get deals? 4. You mentioned in one of your videos to offer x3 the profits for a business is that net or gross profits?

My expertise and passion is property/real estate
A couple of businesses i may try to look for are
1. Self storage UK or USA (big in the US)
2. Property portfolios UK or USA Tax changes in the UK show lots of landlords are likely to exit and sell properties off. Massive leverage here as we have usually 1-2 people that own 30-40+ properties worth 1mill+ usually they just want the equity out so could be 20% ish
